I never had to use my Auto Insurance through Farm Bureau, but I did have to use my home insurance once to replace the roof. The roof was in pretty rough shape after a wind storm and they initially declined to pay for the damage. After we pushed them on it, they agreed to pay for the damage.
One other thing I didn't love was the annual fee to for you Farm Bureau membership. Just roll that into the monthly price.

We this insurance for our company and they have been pretty good for us communication sometimes hard but not terrible
