I have had an amazing experience with Farm Bureau. Any time I have had questions, I can always call, or even text. My agent and his staff are always helpful, and more or less take care of any problems that I have ever had, whether it be quotes, changes in my policy, or claims, they are always there for whatever I need.

I never had to use my Auto Insurance through Farm Bureau, but I did have to use my home insurance once to replace the roof. The roof was in pretty rough shape after a wind storm and they initially declined to pay for the damage. After we pushed them on it, they agreed to pay for the damage. One other thing I didn't love was the annual fee to for you Farm Bureau membership. Just roll that into the monthly price.
