When it came time to process a claim for which they were likely to be on the hook for making payment, they ignored, delayed and denied. They wouldn't return my calls, didn't respond to voicemails, promised to escalate my concerns and never did. In short, they were anything but professional and responsible. Avoid them like the plague!
