 Culligan offers free water testing to see what exactly is in the water at your home. A water expert will come to your home and test the tap water right in your kitchen. The results vary based on each household, but it usually takes less than 10 minutes to finish the test. After the test, you will see the results and receive advice on which product to fix the problem.

Been using Culligan for over a decade. Their service has been unreliable the last five years. I’m most disappointed in their yearly filter change scheduling. I have to remind them that it’s time to change my filters (while I pay them monthly to do these things for me) and they’re always booked out for months and too busy to take care of this long time customer.

I started with Culligan and 5 gallon water soon because of my age I had to go to the 3 gallon containers but they charged double for the 3 gallon I understand connivence costs more but really double and it was like that with every service they sold

Very happy with my soft water system. Culligan is awesome and I will buy from them again. I really like the equipment as it seems to have no issues or require much service. When service is required the customer service team is on it and will help resolve issues and challenges.

I've had my Culligan water softener for about 10 years. It works fine, but they often don't show up to service it per my maintenance contract. I usually have to call them for maintenance, which is annoying year after year.
