We have a Culligan water softening system and we like it. I should have bought it outright but, I'm not sure we're even paying a rental fee anymore. I really like that the system keeps our water from corroding the pipes. I would never go without a softening system in my house. Customer service is very down to earth and friendly.

Honesty is the best way to speak of the business I was very happy with it and I'll recommend it for everyone they actually tested our well water and explained that it was better than the product that I was gonna receive with them super honest. The employee from the Culligan office who was assigned to our appointment was very straightforward and I couldn't believe he truly told me that my deep well water was more pure than the bottle H2O that I was going to be getting with them and I should be thankful for the aquafier we'd tapped into when putting the deep well in at the house and property my family had recently purchased a super wonderful clean product for my family and I was truly blessed

These folks are awesome! I never had a water softener or RO filtration system before and Culligan came right out and showed me how my system worked at not cost to me. I paid for some salt, they delivered it, filled my softener, tested the system and cleaned up after themselves, and I only had to pay for the salt. I bought new filters for my Reverse Osmosis system and they came out and showed me how to install the filters for free. Super friendly people and very helpful!

We’ve had a culligan water softener in our home for about 9 years now. I notice it the most when I shower. The suds just seam to wash out easier and my hair is left softer than it was from before we had it. We also had one of their water osmosis systems put in our kitchen. I would definitely recommend that as well. I can taste the difference now. Our water just seams to taste cleaner than regular tap water.

We just had a water softener installed last week. We moved into a new house in November 2020 and noticed the white spots on everything and my skin was super dry. After speaking with several neighbors we realized the previous owners never installed a water softeners. We had several companies lined up for quotes but we knew the Culligan name and reputation. Wade, a 22 year employee, was amazing and the price was way less than we expected. Signed that day and the water softener was installed 5 days later. Our water is clean and clear and no more spots and white residue in the shower.

We have a Callihan water cooler at work and love it. I think the water tastes better than most bottled waters and it's always ice cold. The guy comes twice a week to deliver new water and changes out the bottle for us if its getting low which is a nice perk since there are mostly women where I wish and the jugs are heavy. The guy always comes around the and time and is always very friendly and polite. Also, the price is very reasonable. We are on the automatic billing plan. I also use the water softeners for my residential water and love it because my hair is so much softer and cleaner feeling after washing it than it used to because the water is so hard here. I think my dishes come out cleaner too when hand washing - not sure why but whatever the reason, I like it!

We had a Culligan water softener many, many years ago. This was back when you had to buy the 50 pound bags of salt for water softener machines, I’m not sure if you still need to buy the salt fo the machines or not. But I loved our water softener, your skin always felt nice and soft after shower, my clothes felt cleaner after washing them, and our dishes seemed to come out of the dishwasher better than without the water softener. Culligan made a great product back then, so I can only imagine the great water softener product they make now. I highly recommend Culligan to everyone looking for a water softener!!

Been using Culligan for over a decade. Their service has been unreliable the last five years. I’m most disappointed in their yearly filter change scheduling. I have to remind them that it’s time to change my filters (while I pay them monthly to do these things for me) and they’re always booked out for months and too busy to take care of this long time customer.

Everything was getting spotty and the water was not leaving that silky smooth feeling after showering etc. If you live in a hard water area like Arizona, then you should look into getting a great price, service, and softener from Culligan.

The water quality in my town is very bad. I ordered Culligan bottled water for a month and quickly found out it was to expensive for me. Back to the Brita filter which is substandard to reverse osmosis filtered water. Also my roommate, dog and I are no longer drinking 15 gallons of water per week
