Very professional company to work with. Windows are well designed and they are stylish and attractive. I can immediately notice the improvement in how our A/C system is working. The installation crew was great! Glen's crew did the installation and they were very polite, efficient, and cleaned up afterward. They answered all of our questions and demonstrated how the windows work. Overall, I'm very happy with American Home Design's products and service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had the Rainsoft water and air filtration system installed in my home in February and I have been so pleased with the results. I’ve noticed multiple improvements in my life (as well as my dogs’ - their teeth look amazing), but one that has helped me more than anything else is the disappearance of the eczema I had on my scalp. Over the years I’ve tried multiple treatments and products to help, but nothing ever did. All that needed to be changed was what was in the water. I am so beyond thankful for Michael E. and his team for their help with installation and the knowledge they’ve shared with me about what is in our water. I would recommend this system to anybody. The warranties are great, customer service is great and the benefits that this system has brought into my life overall is priceless. 10/10!

When I signed up for a Rainsoft water assessment through American Home Design Water Solutions, I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, Zack B. gave us a compelling sampling and presentation, and we signed up for both the water softening and drink filtration systems. My only frustration was their remote-monitoring module, which was, at best, wonky. However, they eventually located the bad hardware module, and since then it has worked beautifully. The systems themselves work wonderfully. We haven’t squeegeed shower doors for over a year, and it’s very comforting knowing that we’re consuming well-filtered water for all kitchen and drinking purposes. The installation process occurred very quickly after we signed the contract, and we have high marks for the two teams that were sent to do the installations. They communicated well, were clean and efficient, and let us know how to follow up if there were problems (there weren’t). Highly recommended.

This was the best home improvement project I've ever had done. Jeff F, the installer, and his assistant Nate did a great job and my bathtub/shower replacement looks great. They were very professional and kept me informed about arrival times. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent clean up job on both days of the project. They were also very considerate and always warned me when the water would be shut off and when it would be on again. I highly recommend American Home Design and Jeff F, my installer.

2-18-2025 Jeff F did an excellent job replacing our bath/shower combo with a walking shower. Definitely would use again and recommend him to others. He and his helper were very professional, friendly, respectful and polite throughout the entire process. Overall an excellent experience. We were very pleased with the final product and experience. Jeff also had to redo some plumbing shortcuts taken by the builders. He made sure things were properly done.

We updated a 20 year old ceramic tile shower with AHD's Jacuzzi shower makeover. It looks fabulous. The materials are fine quality but the key to a successful project was a well executed installation. Karol B is a true craftsman who took no shortcuts and paid meticulous attention to details. The results are excellent. I would give Karol 10 stars but 5 will have to do. Thank you so much.

Why did I wait so long? That's what I kept asking myself after I met Rich, and he explained the window features and the installation process. My new windows were installed by JC, who was friendly, efficient, professional, and skilled. The installation went smoothly; the clean up was meticulous; and I'm so pleased with the outcome. I recently had a product installed by American Home Design, and overall, I’m pleased with the product itself. While there were some initial hiccups with the installation, including a few extra holes left on the exterior, I was impressed by the company's responsiveness. After reaching out about the issues, they promptly sent a supervisor to address and correct the concerns. Although the supervisor did a great job fixing the initial problems, there was a minor issue with some silicon that hasn't dried yet. Despite this, I appreciate the company’s commitment to resolving the situation and their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. I’m optimistic that with a little time, everything will be perfect. I’d recommend American Home Design for their dedication to addressing customer feedback and their quality product.

Our Rainsoft system has changed how we feel about “water”. My wife and I love the taste of the filtered water and how refreshing it feels in the shower. The concentrated household cleaners work well and have saved us a lot of money. The salespeople were very nice and knowledgeable and the installation technician demonstrated a great deal of respect for our home and explained how to operate the system. American Home Design has a winner with their Rainsoft system. Highly recommended

I hired Rainsoft to install a whole home filtration system in my home. We already had one installed in the home but since it came with the home and had not been serviced for a while I was unsure on if it was safe to use. They sent an employee over to review the system and to service it and we were able to come up with a plan to make the system even better going forward. Now I have a system that works great and the water tastes so much better. Locals around here call the water we get from the city the swirl and it tastes horrible. Happy with my purchase.
