Brian was very polite, introduced himself and said what company he worked for, he was knowledgeable about the Rainsoft unit, came prepared with a seal kit, replaced the seals, ran a test to verify operation, confirmed the leak had stopped, processed payment, checked to see if I had any questions and was on his way

I was greeted by a Home Depot team member in the outdoor garden area. Since this is one of my "happy places;" plants and gardens, I was in a peaceful mindset. (Opportune time to greet women in the garden center) He asked me about water filtration at home. I knew a sales pitch was coming, but since the young man was making an effort and doing his job, I gave him my attention and listened. He promised a $30 dollar gift card to Home Depot for allowing a Rain Soft representative to come to my home and test my water. I agreed. What did I have to lose? I set the appointment.
Mike W was my sales person. He was friendly, personable, courteous, and good at his job. (I know sales, he is good. Not in a creepy, used car salesman way, though)I loaded him up with questions and he answered them all with confidence. I did let him know that prior to his visit, I researched the company, read many reviews, and was prepared for his pitch.
After we covered every question and concern I had, I knew using and ingesting better water in my daily life is a no brainer. But the question was, is this affordable, and in my budget?
I won't lie and say this system is inexpensive. You will have to give Mike W a call, and find out! (if you do, tell them Monika P referred you,) as they do have a customer referral program and offer a reward to new customers. Heck yeah! 423-830-1300. Ask for Mike W and Anthony F.
I made "the investment" in my health; it just makes sense to me.
Installation day was scheduled and my installer arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Excellent. His name was Anthony F. Anthony was professional, friendly, and knew his job well. He worked efficiently and was careful not to make or leave a mess. He went above and beyond and replaced a corroded and "janky" copper drain pipe so he could tie into a more secure pipe so the new system would drain efficiently and without problems. Thank you, Anthony for doing this. (early Mother's Day gift which meant a lot to me, who ever raised you deserves praise)
He explained the system and how it works and how to keep it running efficiently. My concern was that this is something else to keep up with. It is not. This system runs with minimal needs from me. I can keep a watch on it if I choose to, using the Rain Soft remind app.
Over all, my experience with Rain Soft has been excellent from start to completion. The system comes with local customer support numbers, and a lifetime warranty. You can also take the system with you if you move, with or without their help.
