The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I think the person who planned the order should have taken more safety issues into consideration since the recipients are both 91 years old. The shower pan is slick when soapy and uncomfortable to stand on due to the design and large funneling grooves. There needed to be another shelf with an actual soap dish and another grab bar for safety. My mother called and told them she still had safety concerns, but no one has ever returned to address them. The job is not complete to our satisfaction.

First we are in our 70’s - he is disabled and I am having back surgery soon so we needed this shower to be safe for us and hoping nice to look at. I was told a sliding door was being installed because the flex door I ordered wouldn’t fit my size shower - now I have a shower door which is dangerous for us to use - wasn’t ask if I would accept the change. Just told what’s done is done. The calking and “finishing” touches looks like an amateur did it. There is calking on the paint around the shower, no calk in places it should be and too much calk in places so it’s peeling and looking horrible. Also, the crew of one could not understand English.
