I got a boca tub hardly used like new they we won't be able to warranty it so I guess the lifetime warranty is no good and they don't stand behind there products after the first person gor reamed all I have to say is this is not a selling point thx for reading

Dear Mike,
Boca tubs are a lifetime warranty, meaning the life time of the person who purchased the tub and filled out their warranty documents. When you buy a home with a Boca tub installed in it or any other walk in tub in it, that tub is not transferred now to your lifetime as well. With that said, your tub is in perfect working order. If for some reason you have a issue in a few years you can call us and we will service the tub. You may find that the service will cost much less then you may be thinking. Thank you
