I used to be a student with this tutoring service. It did excell me a lot, mostly by teaching me algebra while I was in the 5th grade, however as the lessons got harder, the experience became less enlightening and more of frustration and anger. The system they try to implement is good, however the teachers and tutors need to understand that patience is an absolute must and just saying "oh this is easy, I dont know why you aren't getting it" will not solve the endless nights of anger, hopelessness filled rage that was embodied in young over-pushed kids.
