The experience started fairly well. I'm a stickler for details and our initial paperwork was completed and I had to explain to one of our first people to deal with that we had in fact had completed our paperwork. We ended up working with Cheryl Oakes and boy what can we say. SHE IS THE BEST!!! She knows what she is doing and we couldn't have had a better person to work with. It was at times stressful but she kept me focused and informed and assisting us in what needed to be done. Her knowledge invaluable. Wesley Financial got us out of a timeshare that had become hard to use. Because of our schedules we couldn't make reservations a year ahead. Most of the time it was a month or two. There wasn't anything available for the resort and dates we had chosen. It is a little costly up front and took just over a year, but we are free and clear of our timeshare.

I have requested on multiple occasions that you stopped mailing me invites to get rid of my timeshare and stop emailing me about the same information. You are sending this information to my email but you're asking for my husband Dennis. My husband died 10 years ago and I have sent you a season assist letter already. Any further communication will be results in a lawsuit for harassment and intentional inflection emotional distress. Can you imagine the trauma of opening an email and seeing that it's asking for my dead husband?

I got off to a rocky start with this company, but as soon as the problem was ironed out, the procedure went smoothly. You may think you can do this on your own, but their guidance was essential. For example, after the timeshare company rejected my request to lower my payment to them, I was ready to go on and pay it. But, my advisor explained that this was normal and to give it another try. I did and my second request was accepted. Yes, it’s really expensive, but I am happy not to be saddled with something I wasn’t using and which was costing nearly $1000 annually.
