They are from India and very difficult to understand. They call obsessively and email non stop. Save yourself the trouble and tell them you don’t have children. We did a free trial class and I had to sit with my son to translate the heavy Indian accent, then the gentleman who called to say we could have a different “tutor” had the same heavy accent. Don’t waste your time.

They will not stop calling me despite threats. I feel hounded and it's been 3 years. Someone needs to get to the CEO and Owner and bring them to task. Never ended using them because they could not get communications right between them, a sign of a dysfunctional set up.

It’s a scam. Turito taking upfront payments and not refunding due to their bad service and irresponsible tutors. Turito doesn’t have tutor with thorough subject knowledge. I’ve been following up with the team for my refund for more than 2 months. Don’t signup and fall into their scam.

Worst tutoring service ever. Don't join your kids here. We opted for 3 classes for our two kids and paid tuition in full for the entire year. In the first month only kids did not like because tutors are impatient, often cancel classes, etc. So we asked for refund and nothing happened so far. They don't give your money back. Paidclose to$2000

Fraudsters beware. salesguy Rohit told me that he can change refund policy to anytime refundable when I asked him why refund period is only for 30 days. And took my payment. Later got to know he cheated me through my RM. Very bad
