I have had a positive experience working with Turito overall. The management is supportive, the resources provided are excellent, and the work environment is friendly and professional. However, there is one area that could use improvement: the allotment of classes to teachers.
Currently, the process of class allocation seems to lack organization and fairness. Some teachers end up with more number of classes, while others have fewer or no classes. This imbalance can affect both teacher morale and the quality of education provided to students.
I believe that with a more structured and equitable system for class distribution, Turito could enhance its already strong reputation and ensure that both teachers and students benefit equally. I look forward to seeing improvements in this area.

We are really happy with the tutor who is very much caring, friendly, and good in the subject. Most of the reviews here are fake. We enrolled 1st grader and 7th grader both are academically accelerated kids. Here is the experience after 2 weeks:-
1. 1st grade English teacher (Ms L) ended her sessions 20 mins early on both times. On the top she was asking my kid to leave zoom session on (most likely so that she can show that she is on for entire session to Turito because that's what she said when we complained). When we confronted her she had all kind of lies and excuses (Kids wanted to leave early, we were sitting next to the kid so know that was not the case, I have back to back classes so generally finish in 45-50 mins etc., she argued that we are not correct even though whole session was recorded). Good part is that everything on zoom and recorded. We asked coordinator to check the recordings and replace the teacher which they are doing now. Content wise she was very slow. Was teaching a high caliber student phonetic sound which is a kindergarten material while on demo she was teaching sentence structure. Very rude teacher. Kid didn't like her at all.
2. 1st Grade Math - Teacher (Saurabh S) is good and very soft spoken. Kid likes him but unfortunately he didn't show up for very next class. Turito was searching for him and couldn't find him too. Lol. He showed up after 20 mins and said his camera was not working and asked to reschedule. So far it was good but his excuse did not sound genuine. Seems like this one going down the drain too.
3. 7th Grade english - Too early to say but teacher seems to be knowledgable.
So far sounds like this place is may be for kids who struggle in school but may not necessarily for kids who excel and wants to compete or do better in schools. Teacher overall seems ok but it's their second job doing late night to cover for US based kids. Very hard to sustain and it's showing up with their absences.

I am currently happy with the teachers we have from Turito. Initially the teacher we had did not show up on time so we requested for a change. I wish we could have had someone that showed the website and the homework side of things. Luckily now we have good teachers so we are happy. Definitely customer service needs to improve. I think they should just have one person from start to end help with everything instead of referring to other people.

Hello,
3 Stars are for teachers only.
Few teachers were brilliant and we were happy about how they taught our daughter so well and some wasted our time by not showing up on time or were sleeping at times.
The worst thing was that we paid for 100 classes together and initially, things worked out good...but after 6 months my daughter was getting tired and we did not want to continue with classes
They had promised to refund classes we did not use and to get a refund it took more than 20 emails, help desk requests, WhatsApp chat, and regular customer services calls and chats....I wasted more than 4-5 hours in 10 weeks now but still have received my refund back.
Classes are good but pay only as you go.....never pay for more than 10 classes at once even though its cheaper.

Turito is a very good online teaching platform. It gave the opportunity to become international tutors. However the pay package is very less as far as it is from international clients . Moreover they provide us the salary on the 15th or 16th of every month which is too late.

I liked the concept and the facilities provided by turito and I was interested in enrolling my kid as well but one of my relatives showed me a video recording of a regular class with a teacher named Ms. Shahar B. and what a horrible class that was. The kid was not paying attention and the teacher was not able to do anything about it. She acted very unprofessionally like calling the student "bro" in almost every sentence and kept looking at her mobile most of the time while he was speaking. She even talked a bit rudely with him. Thankfully, the parents have decided to change the tutor and hopefully a better and a professional one will be appointed. I'm quite disappointed by the level of unempathetic and unprofessional teachers on here. Hope they audit them better in the future because I was and still am genuinely interested in enrolling my kid but with a different teacher.

I would like to appreciate. MS. Surpreet M, she is a excellent and well trained teacher, my kids are excelling in their academics under her training. I like best thing in her is she will take special care in kids individual growth. Also she gives time to time updates to the parents.
