I have been with Turito 8 months. It has been an exceptional experience. I have had the opportunity to teach 20+ students. It is wonderful to see the students grow and reach their potential.
The policies for the teachers are very flexible and convenient.
The support provided is also very good, they are prompt at solving any queries or issues we are facing.

We are using Turito for almost a year now for our 6th grader to learn Maths, and have been very satisfied with the service.
The teacher Mr. Channa R explains the concepts very well, and goes over the questions in detail, explaining wherver the child is having difficulty. The teacher is also flexible and adapts if a new/different concept is started in school, ensuring that the child is well prepared for that.

I joined the team during the summer of 2023. I found the platform very user friendly and even the students were able to navigate easily.
The backend team promptly helps, ensuring seamless class experiences.
The content used for teaching is easy to learn and engaging for the students as well as teachers. Over the past year, I have noticed a positive feedback from students on the age-aproporate content shared in class.

I've enrolled my son with Turito 3 months ago for English lessons, confidently I can say he has improved his compression, reading and writing skills. The Tutor is an excellent teacher. Extremely disappointing experience with Turito.
I requested a refund well within the refund policy period, but it’s been over four months, and I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no clear response or action from their support team. Their customer service is unhelpful and non-responsive. I would strongly caution others before enrolling — they seem prompt when collecting payment but completely ignore customers afterward. NRI parents be aware.

I have enrolled my kid for English class in Oct 2024. I requested class schedule from End of Nov after our travel plans are completed. I have given our available time slots and days to RM, he allocated Teacher Garima S for English class. We had a Demo class, then teacher informed us that she do not have slots we are looking for, not sure why Turito allocated a teacher who doesn't have a time slot. Another tutor, Ms Jain allocated to our kid, unfortunately that teacher also not able to take class after 2 months. Turito allocated Ms Rani T on March 12th 2025, she attended demo class after 2 weeks of assignment to our schedule. After the demo, teacher not attended the scheduled class or not informed why she was not taking class, very unprofessional, unresponsive. RM is on the whatApps group, complained to him on a personal whatsApp chat and requested to change to different tutor. Both tutor and RM requested to try again and she would not miss classes going forward. She supposed to take class on 4/7, however all of sudden Ms T schedule is not available again and she requested RM to allocate another tutor. I complained to Turito help, I get standard automated response, "rest assured, we will get back to you bla bla bla", nothing happened so far, no response or action. it has been more than36 hour since I reported to Turito. Waste company, please DONOT join your kid and don't waste your time
