Still i feel thankful as the IRS wanted 29k ... instead i have to pay back 10,500 over a 4 year term. Plus i cant be collected on as im doing it. They also got rid of 5000 in penalty. So id say pretty good.

I do not pretend that I always do things correct. But the absence of follow-up communication is unacceptable. Especially a minimum 3 min.phone call Or short email reply does not matter. However the IRS should be finishing their part to edit a return by default. Lack luster performance.
