cant lie for years as a truck driver I didn't file taxes and was afraid of the IRS taking my home garnishing my wages or enforcing some sort of actions against me... Before finding innovative tax relief I had reached out to over 10 different places to help me with my tax problems. Every single place made me feel as if I couldn’t solve my debt and that I was too far in my hole to get out. It wasn’t until I talk to my Tax Lawyer Charles that I finally felt not only heard but understood. He helped me figure out a way to move forward by setting aside certain amounts of money to pay it forward so I wouldn’t dig my financial hole deeper and helped me to find a payment plan without so much interest to pay off my previous taxes so I could finally feel like I was getting on top of it. I was hoping ITR would help me get my life back. But, I found this company to be long on sales and promises and very short on productive outcomes and integrity. If you are interested in using a company that will charge you $750 for what they claim to be three hours of work (I'd like that rate, too!) and get nowhere, then this is the company for you. They are more concerned with their reviews than they are helping me. Ozzie is very long on the sales process, and he's good at what he does. However, after communicating with the IRS agent, the agent wrote that he found the company's representative poorly prepared. ITR could have settled this with me for a full refund since they dropped my case, and they did initially promise a full refund on the phone, but they decided instead to skim some off the top. I did reach out to other agencies like ITR. What I found were other companies that had experience with my IRS agent, and they were not afraid. I was able to hire someone else, and already the IRS agent and the EA are engaged. They've had several conversations today, and we scheduled a meeting next week to discuss the next steps. Now, as I said, ITR is primarily concerned about their ratings. Everything you hear is "check out our ratings," and their ratings overall are impressive. I'm sure they scrub their reviews, and that is a supposition on my part, but for as long as this post lasts, I'm just suggesting that you talk about your case to at least three different agencies and don't let any of them, including ITR, blow any smoke or use any scare tactics. Make the decision that is in your best interest after you sleep on it for a couple of nights. This is a big step, and you need someone you can rely on. Some companies excel in marketing and sales. ITR is great in this area. I want a company that will work toward outcomes and results. Thankfully I found one outside of ITR. You will read a bunch of bull once this is posted, and they will defend themselves, and they should, but no one gives bad reviews unless they are earned.

Innovative is the best. I was not very happy with the previous company that I used to get this done. I ended up getting a refund and was recommended by a friend to use Innovative. This past year has proven to be quite difficult. To add things to that, I've been having tax issues. I tried to deal with it myself, but I did not get that far. I spoke to a few places and they all wanted a bunch of money up front. I spoke to Innovative tax and they were not pushy at all. Spencer was awesome. I didn’t even need the help for their tax services. He told me to just call IRS and they should take care of my issue. Then he did a follow up phone call to make sure the issue was resolved. I got a letter from the in the mail in regards to a tax debt. I called a few places but nobody was able to help. Everyone wanted a ton of money up front except for Innovative. I had a balance with the IRS but I was very wrong about the balance. I was able to reach out to ITR and they were able to get me back on track with an ACTUAL balance. I am very grateful that you were able to give full transparency and get help for my family and I.

They had the best price for quality of service. I dealt with Coy and he helped me through the process and he knew a lot. These other companies were too expensive and did not know ANYTHING about the product. 10/10 would recommend ITR.
