Use these guys very shortly in my years of doing taxes and paying taxes but short amount of time I've used them they have done the wrong and have saved me some money also kept me out of trouble with an IRS

I found the interaction I recently had with my Audit Representative to be less than satisfactory... I'm a paying customer for TaxAudit and while I understand the outcome of my situation, I found my Rep to be incredibly belittling, smug, and rude. I do not recommend.
