The concept of vidangel is so awesome. For the most part they do a real good job censoring things. But in my experience they still have trouble censoring one word instead of the whole sentence. Perhaps adding close captioning can help.

I like vidangel very much. I wish they had more movies to choose from. I can watch movies in PG-13 without the profanity and the love scenes. I am the most skeptical person when it comes to spending my money. But I love this channel. I have recommended it to all my friends and hope they get on board.

GOTTA PAY A "DEPOSIT" TO SIGN UP... Pricing: The first movie is $20 and you receive $18 store credit. The next movie is also $20, but you use your $18 store credit, and pay $2. Then you receive another $18 store credit. So really, the first movie is $20, every movie after that is $2. Streaming: streaming quality was poor (playback permanently stopped 5-6 times during the first hour). I watched Love & Mercy (has some language, not much of anything else) and the quality of editing was alright, could be a little better. Customer Service: customer service was very helpful. At first I rented The Judge, but I looked up the content on kids-in-mind.com, and decided I didn't want to watch the movie. They gave me the $2 in store credit immediately, which I used on Love & Mercy. (a little confusing - but it all works out)

VidAngel opened the door to SO much in the film world that I would have never watched otherwise because of my personal comfort levels. It was amazing to be able to filter out specific content and tailor a show to my exact needs while still getting to enjoy films that I wouldn't watch otherwise. I would use it ALL the time.

This is a very cool streaming service that allows you to filter content like language, sexual material, gore, etc. out of films, to make otherwise unavailable movies family friendly. My family has used VidAngel several times to watch rated R movies at a level closer to PG-13. It does occasionally create weird breaks in the movie where the content you filtered out would otherwise be, but it's a good service for what it offers.

I love VidAngel because they have alot of your favorite movies. And even if you have a favorite movie that has bad words. Or has things that you don't like you can select them before watching the movie and it will take all of those things out so you can watch it and have it be good for you.

Vidangel is amazing! I'm able to watch movies and tv shows while maintaining my personal values. Vidangel allows you to filter out unwanted parts of the film, such as language, gore, and drug use. I feel much more comfortable using Vidangel because I know that I won't see anything that could infringe on my personal values.

I love that vidangel gives you the opportunity to have agency and take control over what kinds of movies you want to watcha and how you want to watch them. There are so many movies that are excellent, but unfortunately, just have a few things that make them not very desirable to watch. Vidangel lets you be able to edit those out.

Vid Angel is a great great great tool! You can connect Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and watch all your favorite tv shows and movies the way you want. Sometimes there's just certain things you want to block and Vid Angel makes it happen!

We love streaming through Vidangel because of the option we have of having clean versions of movies. It is an entertainment platform that gives viewers the control to filter out language, nudity and violence. I highly recommend this to families especially with young children or grandchildren.

VidAngel is honestly such a dope thing. I used to use it but I don’t anymore because I stopped feeling the need to censor my shows and movies. But it’s so cool that people who do choose to censor those things for themselves or their kids or whatever, can do it in an easy and thorough way. I never had any issues when I used to use this product!

Vidangel is a wonderful company. During the time of the companies inception I loved being able to filter movies and not have to listen to the vulgar and see inappropriate scenes. I really appreciated this. After dealing with the law suit from Disney I feel like they have not been quite the same. I love what this company stands for, but I don't feel like I have been able to get the same service as before. I would love to see a little bit better advertising of what is currently available.

We've used VidAngel to watch movies we want to watch but we know have one or two inappropriate scenes or lots of swearing. You can go through and select exactly what you want taken out of the movie. You can select any sex scenes to be taken out and specific swear words or all swear words. They've gone out of business and have asked their customers in the past to donate money to keep them in business which I found very weird and tacky. It sort of left a bad taste in my mouth as far the overall company. I think the idea of being able to take out the bad parts of movies is amazing. I think VidAngel's execution on that idea has been subpar.

We Love VidAngel! We absolutely love being able to control the content of the shows we watch. It's ideal for kids, as well. The process for editing is super customizable. Basically, you get to choose what you are and are not comfortable with. A company like VidAngel is long overdue.

My husband recently signed us up for VidAngel. We have now watched multiple videos through this site and LOVE it. Although you can tell where the cuts happen, you are not filled with the inappropriate material that was original to the show.

Love, love, love this service and loved being a customer of the previous version. I used to pay and watch their filtered movies with my family often. Then they got sued by Disney and some other movie studios and that came to an end. Hope they can win their court case.

I wish I could give VidAngel 5 stars; we were super regular customers back before they had to stop streaming popular movies which you could filter yourself (cutting out language, etc.) by setting online parameters. At that time, I would have given them 10 stars -- we *loved* the service. After they got hit with copyright violations or some such thing, they had to stop offering that service (total bummer) and then offered a monthly subscription to movies and shows they have created. No thanks. I don't want another monthly bill -- I'd rather pay per movie I choose to watch (as it was before). Sorry, VidAngel. You lost us as customers.

Me and my kids had been wanting to watch this one movie but it had a few inappropriate parts. VidAngel made it so we could watch it. I loved that it had a variety of movies that we could choose from and also choose what we wanted edited out. Fabulous for young families that still want to see current shows in a cleaner rated format.

It’s a great service…when it works. I’ve had multiple buffering over many months, tech support has tried to help, always blamed it on internet speed but tonight my speed was 35 mbps Ethernet to AppleTV and still buffered like crazy! Software needs technical revision for efficiency as this should have been fast enough to stream 4K HDR but it was only 1080p and was unusable.
