We have used itunes for many years to load music and video onto apple devices. It is not intuitive and it is locked down. It is so inconvenient that we just stopped using it and now we use other services for video and music streaming instead. We do pay for some extra icloud space, which works fine.

not dependable. sometimes we get a good stream and other times we get a lot of interruptions. they charge you monthly faithfully but doesn't want to help solve the issues you have with there product.

The last software update Apple released changed iTunes into many sectors such as iMovie and others, making it hard to know where all your purchased content is. Also, download times are very long.
