Movies don't play or buffer for 5-45 minutes after playing one minute. Glad I'm not paying for the movie, I got a validation code from T-Mobile. This is my third one and I've had the same problem every single time. I'd really be mad if I'd actually paid.

I get free movies for t-mobile Tuesdays. They gave out vudu free movies and it was awesome. Then they switched to FandangoNow and I just don't even want to use it. It is just such a hassle. It constantly isn't working, has issues, errors, etc.... it struggles to play and lags so much.

Went on to sign up for a movie to watch with my wife and gave it my information it suddenly crashed and wouldn't even let me get on to the website. Not a good first impression with the site that crashes the first time you use it. Not a good company.

My movie never loaded. Used my tmobile promo code and never got my movie. I contacted their customer service online and they said it would take 24 for them to respond. So I called their toll free number and it said that my wait would 160 minutes!!! Ridiculous! I will never use this service again!!! Terrible customer and tecnical support!!!!

I have been trying for hours during prime viewing time and their server is half-down. Pages either don't load or take several refreshes to load and, when I finally get to the point I can rent a movie, it keeps saying "Houston, we have a problem..." Ridiculous.

I was only able to view the rent/buy option for the film Lights Out. I tried dozens of others and received the error Page Not Found. I was trying this out for T-Mobile Tuesday, but this is TRULY horrible. I tried on my Android phone (app) and iPad (browser).

Terrible! Never had a problem with Mgo. Wasted almost 2 hours trying to get a purchased rented movie to play. They are real fast to charge your account, but not on customer service. They said they would email me back confirming my problem status, nothing yet. Probably will cancel my account. Very disappointed with FandangoNow!!

By far has the WORST CUSTOMER CARE I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH we have bought around 95 movies using mgo and Fandango now and when I called about one of our titles not playing he was so rude and unhelpful never again will we be using them to purchase anything

Absolutely horrible. Wish I would have read reviews before renting Parasite. Non stop buffering and finally froze. Had to completely remove and reinstall app. Straight garbage, do not pay a cent for this.

Purchased movie on 9/9/ 2016 and Fandangonow has been unable to transfer to my ultraviolet do not purchase a movie until you are sure they will be able to transfer yours. Poor customer support.
