I have always had great customer service with them. 5* I have U verse TV service and I varily ever have a problem with it It never goes down. I am very satisfied

Always working and great channel selection, I love that I am able to record and view a show at a later time.

The streaming is ridiculous. We can not watch even an 1/2 hour of TV without 4 or more streaming interruptions.
