Spotify is a great app, I like how you can access many different playlists while even creating your own. However, there are so many ads. It's still a great music streaming app despite this though.

I have Spotify and it’s rlly great but the thing I don’t like about it is the way on the computer is you can look up any song u want to and play it but you can’t do that on the app.

Horrible, I changed my name and email due to marriage and was having trouble accessing my account, and they asked me to verify the email that I had on record, I obviously couldn't remember, THAT IS WHY I REACHED OUT TO THEM in the first place! Since I couldn't remember they said they couldn't help me, I was just out of luck! So all the music I've had for years is gone. It might be nice if there was an actual person you could talk to, instead I got stuck paying for a service that I couldn't even use. If I could give them zero stars I would, so very disappointed. I don't understand how a legit company can actually do that, and just say well you are out of luck basically!

I really like the app when it comes to easily download the music I want, what I don't like it's that I have to download the whole album instead of one of them. Also, I don't listen to reggaeton it still suggests me playlist of it ( I don't know why). But I still skip it.

I only use Spotify on my laptop because regardless of having Spotify Premium, I can play any song I want. However, it doesn't work that way on my phone because I don't have premium.

Good so far. I like the selection and interface, it's easy to use. They could do better on the radio functions and it's hard to find the non-explicit content in mobile app.

Spotify is a great option for listening to music if you want to create your own playlists. It doesn't offer up many new options but it is cool to share lists with friends and family. I would recommend it.

I love Spotify - especially the pre made playlists, but I wish they would have an option like Pandora does to eliminate harsh language. I hesitate to turn on any playlist in the car when my children are with me.

Spotify is pretty good! I love how you have access to almost every artist and album out there but the commercials can get obnoxious and you can't pick any song you want if you don't pay for the subscription.

Spotify is really good , nice songs and playlists, customer service on Twitter is a bit slow but they definitely reply. Sound quality is good but they need to increase the sound output, compared to Apple Music and soundcloud their sound quality is a bit shaky.

After using the free version of Spotify I paid for Premium service to remove the ads for a full year. The nearly $90 dollar charge was of course immediately taken from my account but the service never worked. This is also fraud because their own website says "to wait a few days" the years worth of service will end one year later not a year and a few days even if it worked a few days later like they suggest. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter because their website is not helpful contacting any real person. They offered a refund if I followed their link from Twitter but i never received it. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter asking where my refund is and they never responded. I filed a claim directly with my bank which I received on 9/19/17. I have never had any problems with a music App before. My phone is less than a year old and state of the art fully up to date. The customer service was hit and miss since sometimes they didn't respond. False advertising too when you tell customers to wait days until activation yet take their money out right away. I will never use anything but their free service until I find a replacement. I don't trust Spotify.

Spotify has a large selection of music and it is easy to find music and add it to your playlists. I like that you can download music to play offline. Overall, Spotify is very user-friendly.

I use Spotify almost every day, and the only thing that bothers me is the ads going on for over a minute at a time. I'm sure they pick people with the most annoying voices they can find for the ads to get people to buy a subscription.

Spotify is great! I use it all the time. I love the 99 cents account for 3 months. I wish they would improve their app, so I could choose the songs to listen to instead of putting the whole playlist on the shuffle.

I really like how with Spotify premium you can download the music you like straight to your phone. Although it is annoying that if you don't have premium you can only listen to the music when you have wifi.

We used Spotify for our family streaming music service. I like how we can filter out explicit content, by default, account wide. They have millions of songs. Their interface on the iPad, in CarPlay and Android Auto is dumpy. iOS and Android interface is good though.

I really like how many songs are available on Spotify. Any song that you would want to listen to is probably on there. I don't pay for it, so the ads get a little annoying sometimes. I would recommend using Spotify because even if you don't pay, you still get a ton of music to listen too.

Amazing selection of songs and overall it's pretty easy to use when you know where your playlists are. I wish the design, navigation, and organization of the app wasn't so complicated. It's gotten slightly better over the years, but some parts of the home page and other pages just don't really make sense and are unnecessary
