Having almost every song ever at your fingertips is a powerful feeling. They have everything! And they make little playlists according to what I've been listening to and they are always spot on. I highly recommend. Even without premium it's a great service.

I love Spotify. Family plans make it cheap and easy to give all your family members unlimited access to almost any song you can think of. The customer service has been very quick and helpful with resolving issues and has been happy while doing so.

Spotify is a very convenient and easy way to have all the music I want in one place. I like that I can make playlists and that they generate new playlists for me based on songs I listen to. I do not like that there is no option to remove explicit songs from the playlists they make or the songs they suggest. I also have noticed that even when an artist creates clean versions of songs, Spotify does not have them.

Have had this product for many years now. They allow me to pay $16 for up to 5 accounts. Totally worth it. I dont think i could live without my music streaming app. They pretty much have any band/musician you're looking for...including Taylor Swift.

Spotify is the best! I can't live my life without it anymore. They have all the music I could ever want and let me build my own playlist. 10 dollars a month isnt a bad price considering I use to buy songs on Itunes for a dollar a piece.

I love Spotify. It is such a great deal, especially if you are a student. It is only 5 dollars a month for unlimited streaming and a subscription to Hulu! The music selection is endless, and the sound quality of the music is flawless.

I love Spotify. It is the only music streaming app I will use. It has all of the music, podcasts, and radio stations I can think of. They also have a great deal where you get half off of Spotify Premium if you are a student, which makes it very inexpensive. I would definitely recommend.

I was a loyal customer with spotify for the last 10 years. The service was pleasant, high quality audio and access to MOST not all music. I like a lot of underground stuff... but the price was decent and for me I also was given hulu as an added bonus for having spotify so long. Well let me tell you their customer service is CRAP! I upgraded from the premium to premium duo and they took my hulu away. Gave zero explanation why, did not disclose this would happen before changing plans and said they could not switch it back even though it had not even been a week. I have the screen shots from our chat because there is no phone support go figure. So, i said after 10 years this is how you treat a loyal customer? Wow.... wo t get another dime of my money here. Sorry not sorry.

Horrible, I changed my name and email due to marriage and was having trouble accessing my account, and they asked me to verify the email that I had on record, I obviously couldn't remember, THAT IS WHY I REACHED OUT TO THEM in the first place! Since I couldn't remember they said they couldn't help me, I was just out of luck! So all the music I've had for years is gone. It might be nice if there was an actual person you could talk to, instead I got stuck paying for a service that I couldn't even use. If I could give them zero stars I would, so very disappointed. I don't understand how a legit company can actually do that, and just say well you are out of luck basically!

I really like the app when it comes to easily download the music I want, what I don't like it's that I have to download the whole album instead of one of them. Also, I don't listen to reggaeton it still suggests me playlist of it ( I don't know why). But I still skip it.

I only use Spotify on my laptop because regardless of having Spotify Premium, I can play any song I want. However, it doesn't work that way on my phone because I don't have premium.

Spotify is a great option for listening to music if you want to create your own playlists. It doesn't offer up many new options but it is cool to share lists with friends and family. I would recommend it.

Spotify is really good , nice songs and playlists, customer service on Twitter is a bit slow but they definitely reply. Sound quality is good but they need to increase the sound output, compared to Apple Music and soundcloud their sound quality is a bit shaky.

After using the free version of Spotify I paid for Premium service to remove the ads for a full year. The nearly $90 dollar charge was of course immediately taken from my account but the service never worked. This is also fraud because their own website says "to wait a few days" the years worth of service will end one year later not a year and a few days even if it worked a few days later like they suggest. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter because their website is not helpful contacting any real person. They offered a refund if I followed their link from Twitter but i never received it. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter asking where my refund is and they never responded. I filed a claim directly with my bank which I received on 9/19/17. I have never had any problems with a music App before. My phone is less than a year old and state of the art fully up to date. The customer service was hit and miss since sometimes they didn't respond. False advertising too when you tell customers to wait days until activation yet take their money out right away. I will never use anything but their free service until I find a replacement. I don't trust Spotify.

Spotify has a large selection of music and it is easy to find music and add it to your playlists. I like that you can download music to play offline. Overall, Spotify is very user-friendly.

I use Spotify almost every day, and the only thing that bothers me is the ads going on for over a minute at a time. I'm sure they pick people with the most annoying voices they can find for the ads to get people to buy a subscription.

We used Spotify for our family streaming music service. I like how we can filter out explicit content, by default, account wide. They have millions of songs. Their interface on the iPad, in CarPlay and Android Auto is dumpy. iOS and Android interface is good though.
