Dan brokered our 2nd solar system and he was super! We have a back-up battery now and recently when SCE turned off the electricity for over 6 hours - my neighbors remarked that they were sitting in the dark while our lights were on! They wondered if we had a generator - I told them about our back-up battery which turns on instantly if there is a power outage. Dan is honest and won't steer you wrong!

Also, the customer service team was on the ball; they answered all my questions promptly. When I decided I wanted a few more panels, Rich, the operations manager, was super helpful in setting up a change order to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Installation scheduling and execution were excellent, including interactions with HOA and NVE. Performance of Solar panels are up and running A problem with network communication of the inverter was identified. I think Adam said cellular wasn't strong enough signal. They came out at no charge and hardwired my monitoring. We would definitely recommend Sun Source Solar to anyone interested in solar.

Sun Source Energy really delivers with top-notch products and some of the best warranties out there. They installed the main box in my garage at no extra charge, while other companies often stick it outside. Plus, they painted and labeled the exterior conduit—another thing most companies usually charge extra for. When my HOA asked for the conduit to be painted, they took care of it without any hassle. Really impressed with their service!

The price is competitive and they have a referral fee that was promised to me for each person I refer. Everything was done on time and not pass their first inspection and they passed inspection on the first time. They did accommodate by sending some out to open the garage because the inspector needed access. It is saving me money on my electric bills and everything is working fine.

I highly recommend Sun Source Energy . We’ve been very happy. My husband interviewed several companies and decided they were the most knowledgeable. They have been in business since 2012 and have been doing solar since it started. We’ve had some questions along the way, like how to use it properly, and anytime we’ve asked them a question, they had suggestions to make things easier. We are hardly paying anything in the summer because of what we bank in the Spring and Fall.

After comparing other solar companies and talking to them on the phone I had a lot more confidence in the proposal and the product. Anytime there was an issue with the HOA, they were quick to respond and took care of the problem with no issue. The panels are top rated and I do appreciate that. They have always answered my questions. For installation, they came out and unloaded everything. Within two days, they had everything installed very nicely. They used really good equipment and made sure to put inverter in garage. I see a lot of inverters outside. The owner even came out to check on the installers and brought them lunch and drinks to keep them cool. Think it's family run and was impressed.

The crew that came to install the panels were wonderful. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. It was all done in an efficient manner. The company is wonderful. They always keep in touch and are very prompt to answer any question. I really like that it is also backed up by the manufacture. They have been in businees in vegas for 8 years and have the best reviews and now i see why. Keep up the good work guys.

Sun Source Energy is hands down the best solar company in all of Vegas. I have not seen any other solar company give back to the community which means a lot to me being a Vegas native. The employees I've called about questions have good communication skills. The installation was a one day process and there weren't any issues. They use the best inverters, panels and even explained the rail system. Way to go guys.

Great Company!!! . Sun Source Energy is highly efficient, extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the solar equipment and the entire process. My sales representative Jacob, was very knowledgeable and went way above my expectations. He always answered all my questions and/or concerns either right away, or in a very timely manner. I had a couple of minor glitches in the beginning with communications and they worked their tails off to figure it out. They monitored my system and gave me great customer service. During installation, they started at 7:00am and worked all day until 5:00pm. They were clean, perfect, and i didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for solar.

I am really pleased with the results. It is good for the money. Bills are only like thirteen dollars a month for air conditioning instead of four hundred and eighty seven. Their panels are made in the USA. The warranty is good. I am happy with the way it was installed though it was slow because of the high wind. They did a really careful job. I had a guy on the roof fixing some tiles who had been in the roofing business for a lot of years and he said they did a really good job and anchored everything just right. Now that I have solar I see it everywhere.

Heather was great at keeping us in the loop about what to expect next.
