Ryan with the service department is amazing. When I had trouble with my solar panels he was a great help. He didn't have to help me. They did not install my panels. I got them from another company that went belly up and left me without service.

The owner returned my call same day within hours of my inquiry. He was helpful, professional, gave a fair price, and scheduled his team to remove my panels to receive a new roof. The three-man team came as scheduled on time. They did great work removing and storing panels, were respectful of my property and professional to interact with. They picked up after themselves. I couldn’t have been more impressed.

The people from Solera were great to work with, from sales to the installers. We had a Generac installed at our new place. Throughout the process Shawn was very helpful and was always available to talk to us and answer questions. When the installers came to put it in they were very professional and seemed to take pride in the job and how it looked as a finished product. I would recommend Solera to my family and friends.

I have learned a lot about how my solar panels work over the last two weeks. I’m thankful for that, but because of that, I want to change my review. The company made a huge effort to reach out to me to try to figure all of this out!! The electric company is the bad guy in this story, and my panels are doing their job!
