Solar Is Freedom has done an absolutely phenomenal job! The sales team, installers, and customer support were all super professional and blew us away with the responsiveness and workmanship. but after the install i try to email my customer rep about some question i have but Jordan B never reply i guess after the sale they don't care about their customers, my systems is working fine with no problems so far but i would like to get some answers to my question that i email you over 2 months ago I think they should put more efford in customer service so every one would be more happier

Ultimately, we received an efficient solar system at a very competitive price. Adam, our sales representative was informative and responsive. We had some issues with installation that delayed production for a while, but they provided reasonable reimbursement until the issue was resolved.
