I'm not sure if it was the equipment or somebody's lack of knowledge that was such a difficult situation. I was supposed to be off grid and they had took a long, long time to try to figure it out. In fact, I was the one that suggested that maybe this was in a situation, which is exactly what it was. So I suggested the cure that they couldn't seem to find.

I have no knowledge of how the systems work. I was assured that the company would keep and eye on my system and call me when repairs were needed, That worked for a while, but recently my envoy died and I did not know it. They never alerted me to the failure and I soon started receiving big bills. When I called they said that they never said they would monitor my system. I do NOT appreciate being lied to. I am not computer literate not system literate. They need to keep their promise.

We do manual routine monitoring once a year as a courtesy to our customers, but the system is meant to monitor itself and send alerts if there is ever an issue. It wasn’t the cheapest but I think it is a good value for the money. I did a fair amount of research on the different panels and inverters and the equipment they installed was quality. They arrived and finished when they said they would after the whole solar project was delayed because I had to have the hosue reroofed which was not the best. It looks good. I was up on the roof watching because I was curious about it and they did good quality work. I am not the most tech savvy and they were very helpful when I asked questions about the performance.

The workers did not do a great job the first time and had to come back. Another agency saw my home roof in bad shape after they finished the work, if it wasn't for another agency, we would still have broken roof tiles.

The salesperson did not follow up on a few items so it cost me some additional funds because they did not file for the state tax credit. It could have gone better but it fine and it works.

I have had a couple small issues with my panels. They were very responsive prior to installing the panels. However, the service section afterwards had been lacking with keeping me informed as to what's going on.
