I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with ReNu Solar & Roofing!
After discovering that 12 of my solar microinverters were not producing electricity, I reached out to ReNu on a Thursday evening. Andy Williams responded at 6:30 Friday morning, answered my questions thoroughly, and immediately began coordinating troubleshooting and service.
By Monday morning, technician Matt was at my house! He quickly identified a faulty connector, replaced it, and restored production to all 12 affected panels.
I fully recognize that the stars aligned with scheduling availability and that this was an exceptionally fast turnaround, even by excellent customer service standards! While I certainly wouldn't expect this timeline every time, I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness, communication, and willingness to help throughout the entire process.
Andy was professional, thorough, and transparent about the diagnostic fee and potential warranty coverage. Matt was equally professional and clearly knew what he was doing.
Having experienced much longer service delays in the past, I especially appreciated how smoothly and efficiently everything was handled.
Thank you, Andy and Matt, for such outstanding customer service. This is exactly how it should be done!

We chose Renew because of price and quality. The installation was delayed because of supply chain issues , however installation was professional and fast. There was a problem with one of the batteries but it was replaced free of charge. We were very satisfied with how much lower our utility bill was , zero bill for six months of year, and just a fraction of what it was the rest of the year. I truly believe that the solar system was a major factor when we sold our house.
