Any time I've had a concern or call, they've been back to me within almost the hour, and if not, the same day. They've always been able to accommodate my schedule to come and clean, even when I was not available. They came out and mapped the best area on top of the flat roof. We have a foam covering over our roof. So they installed their brackets and then the company that did the foam came back and foamed around to make sure that everything was tight, and that there would be no leaks. And then the guys came out and put the panels in. They did all of our panels in one day. You couldn't have found a scrap of paper or a piece of trash from the guys being here those days. They were you know as far as cleaning up around the outside of the house and everything.

They do an excellent job, they're credible, professional and I can trust them. I've been using Renova's Systems equipment for several years now and it's always met my expectations and their promises. I had an additional system installed to augment Renova's and it's been 10 months. It still isn't connected. So you compare that to Renova because they they installed it in a matter of weeks. It was installed on time in an efficient manner. When I compare my installation to my neighbors, mine looks 100% better. They took the time to match my roof with paint on the electrical conduit, and they even matched the house with anything that they exposed. They painted it to match my house, so it looks for terrific. All my questions were always answered professionally and to my satisfaction.

They're doing great. It puts out more watts per module, so there's less modules on my roof. I made the contact with them. We had a customer service rep come out, they went up on the roof, they measured the roof, they told me what they were going to do. They went back, did their analysis, came back out and when I met with them and they told me what they could do, signed the paperwork, they got everything on, all ordered and they came out and performed the task very efficiently and I had a panel upgrade and they coordinated with the utility. We were to get electricity, was turned back on the same day and I'm quite happy. They're very conscientious. Staff is knowledgeable, they're trained.

I was really happy and satisfied when I got their their solar and real satisfied with the business. Every time I call or talk to someone I get really nice service from them and they're always taking care of me. It went very smoothly and they were really informative in telling me exactly what they were going to do and showing me and I was very satisfied with everything. I really like the product. The solar panels seem really good and I haven't had any problems with anything.

If I need any help, I call and they answer right away. There's always someone to answer the phone and they get back to me right away. The installer talked to me before install and went over how everything's going to go, how many days they'll be there, and what to expect. They were very thorough. I did end up having a little slight leak right after and they came out and fixed it right away. They were very responsive. Everything's working in good condition and everything works well.

I think they're doing a good job. The installation is still working. I had one problem with it which Renova fixed. It's been working now about 8 years I believe and it works just fine. The technician showed up, did his work, asked me if he wanted me to check before he left, and I said no, that wasn't necessary because I trust Renova. I didn't require any support other than the procedure for billing, and I like the fact that they accomplished the work first and then billed me later, trusting me to pay, which of course I did and I will always do that I especially liked that service.

Every time I had a question or wanted or needed something done they've been very responsive and I use them to clean my panels and they're very responsive. Always available. It went like a normal solar panel installation. It didn't have any hiccups, no problems. Went very smooth. They did what they said they were going to do. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Very happy with them.

The organization seems to be very professional and they know what they're doing. I walked through the the factory where they were putting everything together, how they design stuff. Pretty impressive. The quality is outstanding. I have a cleaning 2-3 times a year for the panels and as long as you do that, it produces good electricity. There's really not anything else to do and it's just automatic. Everything is just going very well.

Renova was the easiest to understand, they explained everything, they worked with me and I felt very comfortable and I felt like I was not being taken advantage of. I had my solar put in in 2012. It's now 2023 and they were very good. They came in, they were clean, they cleaned up after everything, they didn't destroy anything. Everything was done easily and correctly and I had no problems. I had two installations, one is a lease system and the other one is a purchase system. They're both on my roof and both installations went very well. Everything has been fine since the day I got it.

They respond to any inquiries and they reach out sometimes before I even know something's wrong. It seemed like it was very organized. That came in one day and did a survey of what they needed and then they started bringing the panels in. Two man crew were up on the roof putting everything in, very cordial people, very outgoing and telling me step by step what was going on and I thought everything went very smoothly.

They've always been very responsive. We had problems with roof tiles and we had to have all of the panels removed from the roof and have all of the micro converters replaced, but Renova did that and did not charge us for it. It's always produced well and I never had problems.

We've got a 20 year warranty on it, though we have only had it about 8 years. So far it's working fine. They didn't put enough panels at first, and they added more panels with no charge. They take care of business.

I met with several organizations and Renova provided the right answers to my questions. My property has multiple trees that cast shadows over the roof at different times per day. The team spent the time and effort to understand, research and correctly place the system for optimal performance. The sales team was on top of every detail during contract creation and signature, the install team was professional and more import, cleaned up after they were done. They were more than willing to answer all the questions I had during the install. I am extremely pleased with the product, the team and the company. I am willing to have my home used as an example anytime. Renova is highly recommended.

We had our Solar installed back in 2015 by Renova Solar. We actually got bids/proposals from three other solar companies and went to a solar seminar to learn more about the product. We came to the conclusion that Revova had the best price, the best product (Sunpower panels) and as we found out the best service and installation. I have and will continue to recommend Renova Solar to everyone who asks me about my solar. I agree that one needs to talk to other solar companies to see the differences. Just remember to compare apples to apples and you will most likely come to the same conclusion we did. Renova Solar is the BEST in the Coachella Valley!

New to the Palm Springs area we did not have a year's worth of power bills. All the other companies gave us proposals based entirely on best quests based on house size with no consideration of lifestyle or planned renovation. Renova did extensive measurements of the roof orientation, the various items consuming power, and our plans for changing appliances. The lease and permit process was simple and painless. The installation was incredibly professional and the follow up ongoing. I have referenced a number of people to them who have all reported the same quality of service. Being a LOCAL company is important here in the desert and I would not go to anyone else.

Renova solar is one of the best customer oriented companies I have ever seen! From the energy consultant Mark to Fernando & the crew. They were very polite & conscientious . They even painted the equipment to match my house. I didn’t even ask. I have an HOA and Renova handled it all, I didn’t have to do a thing! I have an app on my phone that I can use to monitor my system to see how many kilowatts I am generating. Mark came on February 19th 2018 and I was up and running on April 5th. No up front costs and my monthly lease is $105 per month. I Highly recommend it!

Very well represented and not a pushy company. The product is the finest in the industry which is very important but as important is the installers and followup to insure the quality is also the very best. This organization is very thorough and they recommend up front and throughout the interview to consult other firms and ask lots of questions . Pricing was well within the range of all whom I consulted but the deciding factor was the sincere honesty of Renova and the comfort level I felt with the proposal. The system has performed as presented, very satisfied!

We have had our system for over a year. We had no pressure from the sales person, answered our questions and was very well informed. They were very professional and did a great job on the installation. They found some broken tiles on the roof and replaced them free of charge. They said the company policy is to leave the roof better than when they arrived. The estimate of power generated was spot on. They keep track of our power being generated and keep informed by their app. (it's really cool) These are some of the reasons I give a 10 rating. .

I was so excited to buy my new house in the Cathedral City cove! After completing the never ending stack of Escrow documents I was finally into my new place. I then started getting the new home bills and new I needed to get solar on my house in order to reduce the outrageously high SCE bills. I contacted Renova and began working with Cory H. He made the process of putting solar onto my house so easy and the documents he presented were easy to understand and the few questions I had were answered to satisfaction. The installation was flawless and the follow-up services for minor warranty issues and panel cleaning have been great. Highly recommend!
