It took too long. Between the time that they signed me up for the installation, it was three or four months. I understand that's a standard time, but I don't understand why they signed people up and wait three or four months before they install. Once they installed, it was fine. Once the installers were here, it was fine. They call me when when the panels need washing and they come out and do the job and no fuss.

They follow up, they get back to you in a timely manner. I didn't have to do a thing for installation. They took care of everything from the HOA permits to dealing with the energy company to everything. I didn't have to do a thing except pay the money. They used the best solar panels, and they're also made in United States.

It all went pretty well, they've been installed for a couple years now. The issue I had was after the installation my roof leaked. I consistently am able to produce enough extra electricity that my bill from the power company is not very much.

It's pretty reliable and a good price. It went pretty smooth. The last time they came out to inspect I wanted to take a look at the panels. I found 19 panels broken since we live in a golf community.

I have totally felt supported. Install was fine, it just took forever. It was close to a year after we contracted, but I guess that was part of the the whole COVID thing.

They're prompt. They were a little bit messy in my backyard and they had to take some corrective actions. The equipment is very good.

They have a good reputation and their pricing is competitive. They follow up with information with any questions I have, they're very good like that.

It took 6 months for the installation and putting online, following several errors, which Renova made good. Salesperson was only of fair quality and was not fully disclosing about the rebate information.
