Very hard to get a hold of. Very confusing process when changing electric companies and couldn't help explain the graphs about production vs consumption. System was not properly functioning for more than half a month before coming to fix issue.

We have a couple of issues, not so much with the technology but with their communication. I have not been able to get in contact with them lately. We have not received our five hundred dollar amazon gift card.

Communication sometimes took a little longer to get handled things than expected but it installation was done quickly. I heard so many good things about the company and they are good I just had high expectations.

Hello Jose, you should be seeing a reduction in the energy being pulled from the utility, if this is not the case please reach out to your Sales Consultant for details on how to read your new bill. Going solar does not eliminate receiving a paper bill from the utility, net metering should be occurring and you should see that reflected in the bill.
