I liked working with Olson Solar Energy. I think it is a good company that treats their people well. There were lots of pieces (construction, electrical, inspectors) and they did their best to keep on schedule, despite some very uncooperative/windy weather. I always felt informed, and they were responsive when I reached out. All of the crews in my house were polite and respectful and very patient with all my questions. We got batteries in the basement, so I asked a bunch of questions while they were working. I work from home, so any delays were not too big a deal to reschedule. Would absolutely recommend and work with them again.
Brandon was great to work with. I really wanted to get a more solar panels and he was able to squeeze in 4 more than our original estimate. I am super happy to have all of our power bill cancelled out when it is sunny. It was very low pressure and he was happy to price things a couple ways so I felt like I was getting what I wanted. Would absolutely work with him again.

Very responsive to our original request. They got back to us within a day or two and we had an introduction and quote before anyone else even got back to us to setup a meeting.
Very well prepared and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to oversell and was very responsive to our questions.
Install process and paperwork was effortless. They handled everything in a very timely manner and made our lives easy.
Our only complaint would be the location of the disconnect being right in front of the house without warning us. That was a big shock we weren’t prepared for.

Olson did an excellent job of communicating through each step of the solar installation process. Gareth did a good job of answering all of my questions promptly. The project was done on the timeline they told me.

Our sales person, Mike Palen, visited with us over a period of a couple of years. He helped us overcome hurdles that exist in our area and gave us great advice to get started.
He shared advice built on years of experience and results of Olson solar installations.
