I had a great experience with ION Solar. Elijah took the time to sit down with me for over an hour and thoroughly address all of my concerns about being under contract and how the solar system works. I had previously worked with another solar company that was very poorly managed, so I appreciated the transparency and professionalism from the start.
Throughout the entire installation process, communication was excellent. Every step was explained clearly, and there was always someone available to answer my questions. While the process took some time, it was very thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail and inspections that ensured everything was done correctly.
One of my favorite features is the app, which allows me to monitor my system in real time and see exactly how much energy is being generated and coming into my home. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend ION Solar to anyone considering solar energy.

Moved into a house with an existing ION solar system. After a lengthy power outage during the winter we opted to add more panels and a battery for the home. All of the ION people we spoke to were professional and great at providing updates and follow-up. The install crew was wonderful, efficient, and good at reviewing the install and the battery setup.
