Even though the process was long from consultation to site inspection to engineering to permitting to install to county inspection and now just the last step waiting for the meter to be installed and the system to be turned on ION Solar was very communicative through email and texts. Responses were usually within 24 hours. The installers were friendly and good natured and only took about 2.5 hours from their arrival on site. All though the system is not online yet. ION has given us a clean and solid system (fingers crossed). Thank you ION Solar!
Allison was very informative and understood my questions and well versed even with my “geek” questions.

I know what you're thinking, "It sounds too good to be true. What's the catch? There has to be a catch somewhere with this."
I can happily confirm there is NO CATCH! This is a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement). There really were no upfront costs. Your only payments going out will be to the sponsor for the install, and even that won't be until a few weeks after your system has been turned on!
We were hesitant at first, as most will be. New Homeowner's get BOMBARDED with all these things in the mail that will seem like they are important and they express urgency to get it done right away. All of them are scams.
ION was upfront from the beginning. They were not there to sell me anything with the first person to arrive, just explain about an opportunity available. I was intrigued enough to scheduled a follow up the next day.
ION took care of EVERYTHING needed to get the work done. Roof inspection, attic space, city permits, HOA approval, the works. I didn't need to lift a single finger once things were set in motion! I am so pleased with the professionalism of every single person that's been involved. I cannot recommend them enough and really wish I knew more homeowners to refer!!
Lauren came by the very next day. We talked about things for a good 2 hours, and boy did she come prepared! I really appreciated the rough draft of what our system would look like once installed, an estimate of its generation capacity, and the life expectancy of the panels themselves. She also made it very clear that our electric company would still have a required charge on our bill every month of around $15, regardless of the power generation, since its servicing fees and such. So far I am incredibly satisfied with everything and cannot wait until I have my system turned on in a few days!! Really tired of the $400 electric bills lol

My ION Solar Rep (Lori H.) provided all the necessary information for me to make an informed decision to install 32 Solar panels on my house and detached garage. She remained in contact with me throughout the entire process and additionally assisted me in getting my aged roof replaced prior to solar panel installation. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend them to anyone looking to install Solar panels.
