Infinity Energy installed my panels around 3.5 years ago and the installation process was smooth and nice. However, now I need them for a service request for the first time and unfortunately can not say the same thing. A week ago I called them for service request and still waiting them to call me back to schedule a service. Even if scheduling is taking more than a week, I am curious how long its gonna take to get the service. Definitely they are very bad at after sales.

Every individual i have worked with was so helpful. Each step of the process was clear. I now have my Solar and and using less than 1Kwh for month 1 from the grid. And I've knly had solar for 3 weeks of the month.
Each and every individual has been there f9r us every step of the way.

After several logistical issues that delayed our installation, the very professional and knowledgeable team of "solar" techs did a fantastic job of getting our solar up and running. Eric K, Steve S and Rob S went the extra mile and overcame the heat and technical issues to finally get us up and running. The crew was able to answer all my concerns and questions before i had to ask. VERY Knowledgeable! Thanks guys .
