Excellent in all ways, from the initial informative consultation with Andy to the site survey and installation to the regular email updates from Kristal. Infinity handled all the permits and worked with NYSEG to get everything up and running. Granted it is the first week in June and it has been sunny here most days, but even so, we have exported 230kWh of power to the grid from our 24 panels in just the first week! Extraordinary!

From start to finish this company was very pleasant to work with. Dana from sales kept me informed on every step of the way and through a few video calls explained everything and answered every question I had. They did all the heavy lifting for me: getting approvals for everything, scouting appropriate loans for my project, setting up any and all inspections. On the day of install Angel and his crew showed up exactly when scheduled and worked quick and clean, the whole project took about 5 or so hours. I can't even think of how this process could have been easier.
