These folks are pros. They did my roof and solar setup and both crews are legit. We had Jeromy Chrisman help guide us through it. We had a million questions and he took care of us. We're so happy we pulled the trigger on this project. We got a second battery, and we're glad we did. If your budget allows, I'd recommend two.

My solar + Tesla battery installation with Infinity Energy took almost a year from my first conversation with the sales team to final PTO (permission to operate), and I want to give an honest, balanced review of that journey.
To start, I’ll be transparent about the rough patches: the initial installation had quality and process issues that needed to be corrected, and several of the extras my salesperson promised were not included when the work was done. I had to push hard to get those honored, and eventually I did, but it shouldn’t have required that much effort on my part.
What turned this experience around, and honestly changed my whole perspective on this company, were two people: Dave, the electrician, and Amanda, from the office.
Dave came out to address every issue I raised and did it right. He was attentive, genuinely listened to my concerns instead of brushing them off, and made sure every problem — from the installation quality to the missing items — was properly fixed. His work ethic and attention to detail gave me confidence in the system I now have.
Amanda was the one coordinating everything behind the scenes. She pushed my requests through internally, kept things moving, and made sure the fixes and promised extras actually got scheduled and completed. Without her follow-through, I don’t think this would have gotten resolved as well as it did.
Bottom line: the process was longer and rockier than it should have been, and Infinity Solar needs to do better on setting accurate expectations during the sales process and on first-pass installation quality. But today, my solar system with the Tesla battery is installed and working great, and I’m genuinely happy with it. That outcome is largely thanks to Dave and Amanda going above and beyond to make things right. If you work with Infinity Solar, I’d recommend asking for them by name.

We have reach a crucial project milestone with Infinity Energy - Design Confirmation. It was a smooth sailing so far. A salesman Tommaso Sanna walked us through an installation process, financial options and solar advantages. All questions have been addressed and resolved. We are looking forward to completing the project as well as it started.
