After several logistical issues that delayed our installation, the very professional and knowledgeable team of "solar" techs did a fantastic job of getting our solar up and running. Eric K, Steve S and Rob S went the extra mile and overcame the heat and technical issues to finally get us up and running. The crew was able to answer all my concerns and questions before i had to ask. VERY Knowledgeable! Thanks guys .

Their customer service is outstanding. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and communication throughout the project was clear, consistent, and proactive. It's refreshing to work with a company that keeps you informed every step of the way!
We have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Infinity to our friends and neighbors considering solar.

The worse still waiting after they got their payment to have solar hooked up. One excuse after another. Called my power company and they said still waiting on interconnection paperwork over 8 weeks now. Call my salesman Ray and Valerie little or no help. We will get back to you tomorrow never got back to me. What a waste of time and money. Installing the panels was great good crew. Electrical crew great. Company very bad I need someone from the company who knows what they are doing to contact me. You have my number. I would not recommend this solar company because of their office. Just the worse. Update the solar has been completed. The experience was not the best but it got better after the poor review. That being said I’m changing my review to a 4 star. I hope the office gets on the ball because the company is really not that bad. Let’s now hope it runs ok. Thanks for the help getting it going this week Ray and Val.

Great experience all around. From the beginning, sales associate, Jeromy Chisman was super helpful in answering questions and clearly putting together all information for our solar system. He also graciously checked in periodically during the entire process. That friendly good natured service continued through the process. From the inspector that came to assess the property, to the office staff(shout out to Kristal Roman), to the installers., everyone’s service was professional, friendly, and informative. Installers and electricians that came to the house were polite professional and kept a clean jobsite.
