When they were installing it I called them and thought that I need more panels and they convinced me on the phone I didn't need more and I'm finding out that during the winter months I am still getting a bill. I've only had two or three months where I have no bill and I thought I would have solar power to store up in the summer to not have to pay power bill in the winter but I was even paying power bills in the summer. They were small twenty to thirty dollars, but that's still paying for something that I thought I wasn't going to be paying anymore. I don't think it provides as much power as I would like it to. Installation process went just fine.

When my daughter stopped working for them the support kind of dropped off. It went fine. They they don't train their technicians well enough to explain the tax credit savings because I don't think they understand them. I tried to explain to them several times that because of my situation being self employed I don't have taxes withheld so that wasn't ever going to be the case and I can never get the tax credit savings. The guy never understood and he was my daughter's boss. And I don't think she ever got paid on my install actually either. I'm pretty sure she didn't and she never even got a ten ninety nine from the company so I'm not a great fan of horizon power.

I called them up earlier this winter told them one of the solar panels where they put the bolts in the roof was leaking. I called a roofer up he says he wouldn't touch them. He says good luck finding a roofer to touch it to fix that so it kept leaking and they told me to just pay a roofer to do it and they would reimburse me because they were too far out as far as coming to do warranty work, so wasn't real happy with that. The installation process went really good because the guys were very efficient they got there stuff done and were real quick about it. They were very polite. It functions really well. It seems to be doing the job so i haven't have a power bill over ten dollars except for the first year because it didn't produce enough.

The office staff were fantastic but it felt like once my panel were installed and Horizon was paid, they did not really care about getting everything turned on. I do not think anyone should be paid for the product until it is actually working. I am also very disappointed in the product, my power bill is barely $20 lower than it was before I had panels and some months it is even higher than it used to be, something is wrong with the product.

We normally pay only five dollars for our electric bill so we've been happy with them. As far as as the equipment itself we haven't had any problems with it. The installation process went fine. The only problem that we did have is we were misquoted. We were told that our bill when we were paying on the solar panels was going to be a hundred dollars less than what it was and that was the only negative thing. Everything else went really well.

Every time I call they were they were trying to be pretty helpful. The process went well, just the start up of the system took longer than they told me. It was about two months so that was a little bit of lost communication and there could've been a little better communication there. I haven't had a power bill in the last two to three months. I guess they're working good.

Horizon power themselves were has been pretty good but salesman was not. Their customer support was really actually pretty cool, they've always been easy to work with and understanding. Install was a pain in the butt and I actually ended up doing it on rental because I was told something that wasn't true. It honestly is pointless, the whole system that we have It doesn't work, it doesn't produce enough to even make a difference on the utility.

They give me good feedback as far as couple of problems that I've had. They help me understand. Part of the challenge was the installation, they gave me the satellite view of the roof and with the satellite view they determine where the panels were going to need and how many they could put on the roof. I lost productivity of some of the panels when we moved them around. I think they've been a good company.

The sales team was great, installation went smoothly but once it came time to flip the switch, communication broke down. I paid for the system for 3 months before it was implemented. I believe that they sold more than they could handle and it became too much to manage for such a small company.

We had issues when they installed everything on our house where they damaged our house in multiple locations and have not repaired it, but whenever we had to call about like tax information they provided it right away. It looks pretty good though, their products were good.

In the winter I have to pay more obviously, but in the summertime it kind of makes up for it. I have to pay a regular power bill cost as my payment. It was pretty fast, yet my only problem since I've had was there was a leak in the garage. Where they came through with the wiring. I had to wait a long time for it actually activated.

The sales guy was great but I am a little frustrated with them because we were told with the size it would generating enough power to not have power bills but that wasn’t true and when my husband asked if we needed a bigger system they said we didn’t. I am not excited and I keep meaning to call them.

Customer service and support was pretty good, It was the outcome that was not good. They had to go through a second party company here in Washington and that was terrible. The equipment is top quality. It's a very slow process, don't be misled when they say that they can turn around in forty five days.

It's been good. Just the follow up wasn't very good and we had our solar panels installed in January and they didn't start working until August because there wasn't any follow up really. And it was kind of hard to get him out here to get it work. The install went smoothly and it was pretty good.

The salesman I dealt was with very easy to deal with. He was very responsive. We ran into a couple of issues during installation and it was very painful and there was a lack of communication which was frustrating but in the end it all worked out and everything works properly. It is set up well.

Took over 9 months to get set up. They didn't communicate with us at all. We had to constantly call them to see what was going on. They say it's up and running yet we've yet to see any lower power bills.

I have a tricky trench. They backed the panels right up to the house. It's very rocky soil there and I'm pretty picky with my yard but they did an okay job. I haven't had any issues with them.
