I felt like it was always on the me to follow up with the company to get any kind of update for information about my installation of the project. I had almost daily calls checking in because if I didn't call to get information, I would go without contact. The equipment works usually. Since the installation we have had a couple different times where the equipment has failed and we needed somebody to come out and address issues. The installation process took about three months longer than it was supposed to due to the inspection but there were still pretty constant issues throughout the entire process of the installation work from the delays that were not made known to us to missing parts. Support is very willing to help and assist where they can.

Not good, so far I haven't had hardly any power produced over the past six to eight months and so I'm not reaping any benefit. I have a what I consider to be a pretty high rate of loan and they were very expensive so not a good value at this point. If they can get it working I may change my mind. I was not happy with the way it looks, I didn't know how it was going to be done but my roof is really high and I have pipes that run from the main part of the roof down to the garage is not very aesthetically pleasing and they're not working. I didn't even know it wasn't turned on for a long time and I just happened to find that out accidentally.

It took over a year to get this unit to work and then I still had to have it fixed to work totally. One of the problems we had was the batteries that they put in it didn't work but they upgraded it. I think they're trustworthy, they just couldn't get things rolling. We only have problems between them with the contractor so I think they were did the best they could.

Installation was fine. The sales guys are your best friends until installation complete now I have no idea how to ask questions. My bill is autopay from some bank somewhere so I have no idea about that. And we were told we would get an app to check on our efficiency and nobody got us setup with that either. Wish there was better customer service/communication

We've had several problems with the inter-company-employee noncommunication issues. Installation took over 6 months to complete. And was not completed correctly causing them to have to replace the 3 $2000 backup batteries 6mo. After installing them wrong which destroyed them. The county we are in has had several issues with following the rules set by our county. And said the components being used are not normally intermixed but usually all same brand.

We kind of felt like we were told stuff that wasn't true. Install was okay, but they didn't do what was up to code and so they have to come back in and redo it and so it took longer for us to get our solar panels up. We haven't had any issues with producing a decent amount electricity. Read the product fine print because that's where we've had a lot of our issues. I still really feel like the representative may seem better train so that way they're not giving people like false information.

They were not there when they told me they would be there, they showed up a different day and then a different time when they did show up scheduling was not good. Now that they got it working right the equipment's working fine. They need a better system for their customer support because after I turn this thing on It didn't work and it took five and a half months for me to get somebody out here to get it working.

They were pretty good support. The salesman had no idea what he was talking about and he told me at least a half a dozen things in response to questions that I asked with false information. It's been in for two years and works well. They sent out multiple people to do the installation because they didn't know what they were doing, but the last guy was pretty good and got it set up.

When they came to help they never told me they were only going to do a partial plan, so I'm paying for twelve panels and it's not even touching my power bill. I still pay the same for my power bill and a bill on top of that for my solar panels. I've called four or five times to have somebody come out and tell me what's going on and I never did have anybody show up to explain to me what's going on so I had to call my neighbor who had a friend that told me that I don't have enough.

It was a long process with my speed bumps. There are undersides of the system that they didn’t do their due diligence on and then they stopped responding with no resolutions to their mistakes. The inverter was broken from the start. They had to order parts to fix it. The date of installation was pushed back several times. It does now work the way it is supposed to.

Several people with HorizonPwr told me I could take the federal tax credit and give it to the loan company to reduce the amount of time of my loan. This is simply not true. The tax credit is applied against any tax owed and cannot be "given" to the loan company. It was false advertisement of the product and misleading of the public.

The first contractor made a very expensive and time consuming error that delayed the completion of our project. The foreman of the installation put the inverters on the front of our house, even though he was told at the time that this was not acceptable.

Production isn't as high as I want and I feel like I was lied to and I put my money into it. The installers are great, they follow up with what they say they're gonna do. On multiple occasions my converter has quit and they basically said to restart it again. Pretty slow to return my calls. They just need to do a one year warranty.

The first disappointment was after the install, I found out that the contractor company chosen by Horizon PWR was not an acceptable contractor with the Oregon Energy Trust. Thus, I did not receive the Oregon Trust rebate, which was a substantial amount.

Installation was fine but it took a long time and the salesperson who came to my house was fired. We are not getting all they said we would. They said it would be over a hundred percent of our power and that is not exactly right. It takes twenty to thirty years to pay off so it is a great investment but not as good if you are older.

They really need to provide some additional follow up after installation. We keep calling and get no response. We never got any training. We have had some troubles knowing what to do with it. There is nothing with the equipment itself.

We were a little impulsive choosing them. One time I sent customer support an email for help and I was sent back a very unhelpful and rude email. We haven’t seen any major changes to our power bill. Installation was pretty quick.

We did not have a good experience, the communication between everyone was terrible. And we waited from May, when we signed up to the end of september before anything was turned on.

Very slow and no communication to start with. Some of it not their fault but basically ended up costing unnecessary money with no solar and a solar bill. Stretched fromm good weather and finally started in bad weather .

Thought the sales guy was pretty genuine but there were some prolonged delays and gaps in communication so it took longer than expected. There were some glitches. Other than that install was fine.

Installation was fine. I haven’t had any problems with it. Once it was said in done, we never heard back from them. We never get our calls returned or our questions answer.

Installation was fair but I was disappointed with how long it took to get the passcode but other than that my experience is good.

It is very disorganized. They are never on time. They should improve customer service. I haven’t had any issues with the technology.

Hard to get ahold of anyone to help if problems occur. No longer have a local office or team.
