The experience started out with home visit. It was professional and ultra LOW pressure. We did not feel like we were being pushed or sold a bunch of snake-oil. Spencer did an excellent job answering questions and putting together proposals for lease and purchase. After we made the decision it moved into design and paperwork. That part was also easy. All questions were answered quickly and in professional and clear manner. There are so many fly-by-night outfits out there. We did our own due-diligence and felt good about Freedom Power. When it finally came to install day I was not able to be here but my wife was at home. The team treated her professionally. I did not get any negative feedback. They cleaned up after themselves. During the pre-install conversations we expressed concern about the mounting location of the inverter (did not want it mounted in an obvious and ugly place where guests walking up to the house would looking at a bunch of electrical boxes) The install team kept the boxes off our stone wall and tucked into a corner. I appreciated the effort and still need to do a little disguising to hide boxes but that's okay.
We are waiting on final inspection. While we wait, the install team and operations team have answered additional questions quickly and professionally. So far, I have NO complaints about the process and the team that has worked through this installation. I am eager to see how it goes when we go live after PEC does their job with final inspection and authorizes the system to go "live"

We initially watched several installations in our neighborhood and chose Freedom because they were quick and efficient with a clean installation without conduits on the roof. Subsequently, we added Tesla Powerwalls as the second project and could not be more pleased. Our third project expands our capacity to support our new electric vehicle. They do great work.
