My system is still not 100%. It took them 3 weeks to reply after reported missing parts to make the system function properly.

I would recommend that you please reach out to our Customer Experience department to create a case, if you have not. Any parts that are not functioning after installation have to be issued by the manufacturer and we have to await authorization. We understand there might be a delay but unfortunately this is the process that we have to follow.

Fastrac wasn’t a bad company, but they are in business with Vivint and Mosaic loans. Both absolute garbage companies, and it’s too bad that Fastrac has any dealings with them.

Michael, We are the installation company and not the sales or financing company. Fastrac did not have any control over the financing aspect. We were hired to complete the construction. Please update your review based on the installation only of your solar panels, not the solar financing.

Mislead cost/contract. mislead payments/going up from start price/ lien holder has my pd off home as collateral. No tax rebate due to fixed income and retired/disabled at time of signing. Family witnessed different misleading info too.

The team taht reached out supposedly gave us a big enough system to cover for our electricity. However that’s not what happened . We’re paying excel the same amount every month and the panels are only producing 700kwh. And our usage is 3-4k. And it’s a huge system . Very disappointed . I need someone to reach out to me .

My samee rep told me that my solar panels would be a great savings to me. absolute lie. I will be paying a car note if I were to keep the panels. Its been passed 3 days of course so now I have to go through court to get this 62k debt removed from my life.

However, in the last 12 months, electricity rates have been doubling and utility providers have been adding additional fees in order to pay for improvements. We believe your utility bills are going up not because of the solar but as a result of these two issues. Please call Customer Experience and they can review your Utility Bill to verify.

Leslie, unfortunately, the decrease is savings is not because your solar is not producing. Your solar is producing and working. It is because electricity rates and utility fees have doubled over the last year, which is out of our control. If you have questions about your utility bill, please call our Customer Experience to review it and your production/ consumption.

Jose, I would please call our Customer Experience for them to review your electricity bill with you. Some customers are seeing higher utility bills not because of solar but because electricity rates have risen so much in the last year. A portion of your electricity still comes from your electricity provider and they are adding additional fees to pay for the improvements to the grid.
