Installation crew was excellent and it looks and performs amazing. Planning and scheduling were lackluster. Prolonged planning time to submit permitting, which was quickly approved, and then months of waiting for the install to be scheduled. When I inquired they sent a guy out to put a box on the wall and nothing else happened for a few months.They ordered the water heater from Lowes and had a third party (who was unaware) perform the installation. Projected 2 month install took 8 months. My friends/neighbors have asked about solar and I recommend other companies.

The system does what suppose to do when is working fine but when something cause issues the customer service is not up for proper customer service as expected they did show for months after being call for downtime issues with explanations for it it too long get the system up and running as it has to be

So far I have not received my solar panels as of yet and it has taken longer than expected. But they have answered all and any questions I have asked and has kept me informed of their progress. Understand this review is before installation and before any payments are made so to know the true value of what I'm getting is not yet to be rated.

I asked for the system to be set up for zero net metering and while they were responsive the first time I called, the second time when I was still not getting zero net metering, they pretty much put me off.

Install was horrendous. The gentleman who came out messed it all up entirely. He cut a whole chunk of the dry wall on the inside of my brand new house. Eventually they got it fixed but I was hoping for efficiency.

Nice people, good equipment, but much confusion and many mistakes made. The entire process of installing panels and battery and getting permits took SEVEN MONTHS!!
