I really have a bad experience with this scam company, i have a very nice salesman and he offer me a rental agreetment of 5 years and after that if we want to cancel is ok, after 5 months of having the panels i call to enfin and they told me there is not rental there was a purcharse of 70,000 dollars for 25 years you can believe that, i explote and i tell them how that is possible when salesman tell us complete different thing so now sales guy don't answer calls anymore and nobody can help us, i wish to found again this guy who sell us this crap of panels and wipe the floor with his face, this fucker ruin my life, but i will try to sue them please if someone know what we can do i really apreciate

Bad business practices. Gross actually. Avoid EnFin. Other great companies out there. A complete waste of time dealing with them and nothing to show for it. Oh, just a new $170k roof put on the house in preparation for the system. System never installed.

I don't know how to rate EnFin. My panels have been installed since 11/24. Today is 5/2/25. The panels are not certified yet and not running. Here is the problem: I call EnFin to complain, and they tell me to call my solar installers - Edison Solar, TX. The home service sector takes my complaint. I get one phone call from then. Problem still unsolved. I have been reaching out to Edison Solar. They need the final electrical certification from the Parish (County). I call the Parish and am told the solar company has not reached out to them. No one is taking accountability: EnFin, Edison Solar, Now Jefferson Parish is filing a complaint against me, the unhappy customer, because of permit violations. So it makes me wonder why EnFin insists on using these contractors. Is EnFin and Edison Solar in cahoots with defrauding their customers? Okay, the positive of EnFin. They have postponed my payments because I am on Social Security, but the interest rate is through the roof. I am in a FAIL-FAIL situation. Buyer Beware.

Where to start..... They sent a traveling salesman (AKA Santorini and "engineer " from Utah) to my mother's door who resides in Oklahoma. She was 83 at the time and unbeknownst to us, she had advanced Alzheimer's Dementia disease. The company has now placed her in collections. Wants over $20,000 now. BTW, upon fulfillment of contract, my mom would be 113 years old. She is in memory care at $7000/month. We can't sell her home to help pay for her care because of this heinous debacle

This has been by far one of the easiest applications and approval processes I have ever done with a finance company. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. I look forward to moving forward with EnFin!

They are a bunch of scammers! They do not tell you about the hidden interest rate that is constantly charging. After paying for over a year at $189 a month our principal balance has gone up!! If you do not pay off a certain percentage of your loan within 18 months, then your payment gets much higher. All a bunch of hidden things they don't talk about. On top of that we are not even saving any money on electricity, we still have a $50-100 bill every month. I highly recommend going elsewhere with your needs.

Was told payments would come out 60 days after the project - set up payments to start bi monthly exactly 60 days later- went back online a few days before to make sure everything was ready - seen a " late' notice- went ahead and paid the full amount - figured it was a gimmick - set up for bi- monthly - payment were coming out all over the place - Second month they came out three different times - I called and of course it was, somehow, my fault. I spoke to a man who was condescending - he told me I needed to go in and cancel the payments and start over- I did that - the next month- payments set up for the 3rd and 15th were coming out the 3rd - 8th and 15th - second call a lady said - well it is because you are due on the 2nd - not one payment ever came out on the 2nd - I asked her if she could, please, go in and look at my account - all I got was an " oh" - then told " just go in and cancel and redo it" Went in and attempted to put in for monthly - since bimonthly was confusing for this company, kept getting error messages - I called and set it up through the automatic system Looked today and it is still not set up - attempted online and received an error message, I called and spoke w a lady who set it up for me - like the first few people could have but did not offer. I only gave a 2 vs a 1 bc whomever I s/w today was very helpful Most horrible customer service I have ever encountered and not truthful from the beginning I was tricked the very first call bc I had another company that was going to install - when I received a phone call from this company - they made it out to sound as if they were with the first company. Yes- we stuck with them bc they were about 10 th cheaper - so there is that- but they were not local, and the deferred payments was a lie

From what I can hear and speak in with them. They are very respectful they help you. With every question you have. They don't beat around the Bush, they straightforward. This is a very good company. I give it five stars

I am not happy with them at all. I have had panels installed at my house for approximately 3 months and still cannot use them. Every time I talk to them all I get is how much time they are allowed to put me off. They never let me know how much longer it will be before I can use them. My advice is stay away and find someone reputable. They never even offered a battery system to store energy so I can use it at night.

scammers!!! I have been trying to contact BBB, and Government agency about those thieves, STAY AWAY This is an absurd! the company installed the system in March of 2023, and the solar system never worked, besides 3 months in summer of 2024, I kept calling and asking for help, my complaints were escalated to the management that never follow up with me. Once they told me to go on the roof MYSELF to troubleshoot, which I refused! Once I was on the phone with them and they told me o troubleshoot the box, which I did , nothing happened, still didnt work. They were trying to tell me the issue was my wi fi??? for the solar system? reset wi fi, nothing happened. They sent representative to disconnect my solar because I stopped making payments, I refused to let them on my property, told them this needs to be fixed, they were going to remove the NON WORKING SOLAR system and still have me pay. I have reached out to them multiple times and NOTHING ever happened, no one called me back, there was no technician sent to have this fixed. THIS IS ROBBERY, I HAVE HAD THE SYSTEM SINCE MARCH 2023 FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND THE SOLAR ONLY PARTIALLY WORKED IN JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER OF 2024!!!! IT HAS NEVER WORKED BEFORE OR AFTER. I am single mom, struggling with this SCAM not a company, I signed up with them to lower my electrical bill, and ended up paying 2 bills for over 2 years for nothing. They have not helped me, called me, fixed the issue, I am not going to be going on the roof of my house to troubleshoot soler, this is ridiculous!!!! They put a lean on my house, at this point. I have reached out to Better Business Bureau, to you guys for Help!!! What a customer can do at this point??? Why nobody is taking care of this scammers, they ruin my credit, put a lean on my house, put me in huge debt, and horrible amount of stress, not to mentioned ALL THE WASTED TIME , over few months to try to communicate with them about the issue, I need help!!! this is black on white situation, they are unable to fix the issue, communicate, they are doing a huge damage, their are thief. They are not able to provide information on my solar system - because it never worked , you can see in their system that my solar panels were only active in 3 months of 2024, July, August and September, they dont have any data about my solar, because it doesnt exists!!! they are robbing me in front of you guys, who should be protecting consumer, like me, especially single mom who has been take advantage of this company. They didnt do anyhting to help, to fix, they have no data showing my solar is working, because it doesnt!!! and their response is pathetic - case closed because I REFUSED TO GO ON THE ROOF TO TROUBLESHOOT MY SOLAR SYSTEM???? PLEASE HELP

Terrible company. Hidden fees you're unaware of until a year later after making all your payments and your principal is increasing. When we call to find out, we were made aware that there is an additional $7/day. That would make our agreed on loan payment of $200/month increase to $420/month.

Everything linked with Enfin is a scam! They have an interest rate accruing in the background that they do not tell anyone up front and then say that you will not begin paying on your principal balance until the interest rate is paid in full. DO NOT GET A SOLAR LOAN OR SOLAR POWER THROUGH ENFIN!!!

Worst decision I ever made installing solar panels. I would never do it again.

I still need for their partners to get permits from the city to operate my solar panels 6 months panels have being install but don't work . This is call : Deceptive Business Practice
