This would have been 5 stars only if: 1) They had recommended larger capacity system, instead of the 6.7kW system. We never accounted for guests staying over in our 4700 sq ft home or when we are going to need to charge our electric vehicles while the AC is running. Thus, we've been hit with demand charges pretty much every month since installing it in Summer 2023, resulting in no significant savings after plunking down $26k on this system. 2) They had been up front about their "Curb" system costing extra on top of the solar system cost. One of the main reasons we went with these guys was because "Curb" was a selling point during the sales pitch. However, 2 weeks after our install, when I called the office when we were going to get "Curb" apo, we were told they are Elevation's proprietary software and we need to pay another few hundred bucks to get it. Emphase does not accurately track how much of what we produce is actually getting used or sent to the grid; it is only good at measuring how much we are producing (thus, every month, our Enphase report tells us we are producing exactly the same kW as what we are using....which is not probable). Otherwise, the sales rep was very knowledgeable of the products and explained why they choose certain inverters and solar panels over others. The installation team were top notch: courteous, friendly, efficient, meticulous in painting touchups and respectful of my property).

At the time of purchase (May 2022), Elevation provided REC Alpha panels with 25yr power output warranty, along with their CURB hardware/software power consumption monitoring which was something other solar companies were not providing. Since then, the CURB software has switched to a monthly subscription.

My first experience with solar. The company is great and my solar is working great. The only thing is I’m not getting any credits like I was told I would get. I’m still paying aps every month which my husband is not happy about. I guess had I had the money to buy everything outright and not have monthly payments it wouldn’t seem so disturbing. But I didn’t so I guess I’ll just have to get over it. Although it makes me kind of regret I got solar because I could pay years of aps bills with what the system cost. But water unde the bridge now.

Customer service was exceptional. They responded to my questions and informed me what was going to happen next. The installation process seemed more like they were doing what was easy for them and not what was best for the house. It was very frustrating working with the installation crew. When I did have issues I was able to get ahold of the supervisor and he was awesome and helped work things out. Now that it's up and running I get very high yield for the day. Everything seems to be pretty top notch.

The installation was nice and after a year everything is still working as it should. However, after the installation there has been no follow through on how I should be working or maintaining the system and there has been no customer follow ups. After spending close to $40,000 on this system I feel like they are happy to have my money rather than a customer.

I was very impressed with the high quality of the product they use for solar installation. It was a deciding factor that they use equipment made in Israel and Germany. The solar panels are a good money saver. The materials arrived in one day and the next day the workers arrived and it was pretty quick and seamless. A few days later another team came to a little bit of the exterior. Overall customer service is good, sometimes it took a couple of days to connect and we would play phone tag but it was good.

Salesman was well informed with our needs, company was alittle slow with following through on keeping on top of permits and appts. Product is well made. Touch up paint on outside of house was painted wrong color, does not match. We will need to repaint around areas where solar wiring was installed.

They were extremely patient about a lot of the process. The installer was here all day, it was finished a little bit after dark evening. But, I am having a hard time getting them to follow up with me on a request for receipt data for tax purposes.

Took longer than expected to get it all set up but everything is top notch. I bought a thirteen kilowatt system and got two five kilowatt, so I am just trying to understand where the three kilowatts are going. They provided the equipment I want at the price I want. Customer Service answers everything I need to know.

Good response times from the reps and the equipment is fine. They carry the right brand of panels. I wish they would have had it on a little faster, they were really slow with the process. It was over four months after the loan was approved that they started.

I am editing my review because Elevation Solar came through for me and my system is operating correctly now. I have been told I would be reimbursed for the months it was not working. Amy, the Resolutions Manager was wonderful and put up with my rantings. She got accomplished what no one else was able to. I can now monitor my service daily, and believe me I will. Justin who came and actually provided the service did a wonderful job. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well as patient regarding all my questions and complaints. I am relieved, and my stress level has gone way down so I now can recommend Elevation Solar if someone asks. I don't regret my earlier reviews since they got the attention I needed and deserved. My opinion has changed as of today because my system is running perfectly.

The first contact person (Concierge Person) was not the best. That's the bad part of the review. Once I contacted my sales person and explained that I couldn’t get in contact with the concierge rep, I was switched to someone that better represented Elevation Solar. All my questions were answered and things moved forward quickly. The install crew was fast and courteous; completed the installation of the panels in one day and finished the remainder of the electrical install the following day. Electrical inspections and coordination with the power company were handled by Elevation and went smoothly and quickly. Overall, other than one bad employee, the process went well.

A couple of things they can improve are, OFFICE communication and lets say a 4 week email progress report. My installation was a long process (5 months to completion, I have a very strict Association) and I paid cash. There is a variable with estimate energy production and I have to wait until summer to see max production. I think they could have fit one more panel on roof but I presume the added cost to do now is prohibitive. I definitely would recommend Elevation Solar as one company to get a price quote from. I went out on open quote and out of 5 companies, 2 companies were pretty thorough incld Elevation Solar and the other 3 companies I just laughed at the salesman's face. 1 company actually wanted me to sign a contract without even giving me a WRITTEN quotation, LOL. BE VERY CAREFUL Eric the salesman was fantastic and worked with my needs to go with Elevation Solar.

We started our project approximately August of 2018. Unfortunately our story is not quite as nice as most of the reviews I have read. Once panels were installed we were excited. After several inspections and different staff from Evelation Solar trying to make it right, and us thinking maybe this was not a good idea. Broken tiles (lots), panels not installed correctly, etc. final steps we were told it was up and running. Here we are in February 2019 when we learned our solar still was not working properly. However , the next person, Aryss who came out to let us know he was here to check the panels. He explained very professionally, what he needed to do. He did it and had to come back to complete his work. Anyway thank you Aryss for getting us up and running. We wish that you would have the supervisor of the first attempt . You are enthusiastic, professional and courteous at your customer service skills. Thank you again.

We shopped around for solar panels with a few different companies, and ended up choosing Elevation Solar because I appreciated their transparency and no-pressure sales experience. Jordan S, the salesperson, and Jeff in finance, came and gave a solid presentation and patiently walked me through the details of the savings calculations until I felt confident in the investment. The other two companies I was working with spent most of their time talking about how bad other companies were, and shied away from digging into the numbers as much (they claimed the numbers were "guaranteed" so I could trust them). The entire process took about 2 months from the first consultation to getting my panels turned on and generating, including energy improvements Elevation provided as part of the installation: duct sealing, solar windows and fresh insulation. Elevation kept in touch on a weekly basis at minimum to keep me updated on the progress. Overall the whole thing was quick and painless. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the panel installation crew they contracted with acted unprofessionally while they were doing the panel install. They were being quite vulgar all throughout the day, and loud about it, while I was working from home. I did let Elevation know and they appreciated the feedback and are taking steps to address it. Not like it had a huge impact on the whole process though; I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. In short, Elevation provided transparency, professionalism and promptness along with competitive rates for my solar buying experience and I would recommend them.

The installation process took two days, but one of the inverters was bad so we had to wait three weeks for it to be finished. I would recommend them to others.

Haydin was great to work with . If i had a concern he was a great contact person because he would follow through. . I had a problem getting the wiring diagram on sight so the county inspector could give us a pass. Once i told Haydin that we needed diagram for approval he made sure that they were delivered ASAP. Just waiting for APS to fire us up.

Our salesperson Brandon was very informed and gave verifiable facts. We looked at our consumption vs the cost of solar and it is about a break even but we are make a difference with our choice of power. The installation was fast and painless. There was a bit of disconnect at the end in the explanation of how we would be able to track how much electricity we generated. That was resolved pretty quickly. Over all a good experience.

Installation was really good and it went smoothly. I had to wait three or four months though for the energy company to get it on.

Panels are performing as expected. The original app to monitor the system was a little confusing and I found slightly inaccurate at times, but I really like the new version. Seems like the bugs are fixed. I would recommend Elevation Home Energy.

I have just signed the contract. I feel that Dru B made an excellent presentation. Pricing seemed honest and strait forward from the first and was lower than the competition. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I am looking forward to the instillation of the panels and will review that later.
