it was difficult to deal with them once they sold me the system, they don't want to work with the customer on delivery times or make sure materials are in a safe location. they just do what is best for them. On top of everything they didn't send the workers out to put the system on the roof when they said they would and I had to take an extra day off of work to be at home to make sure the work was actually done.

I got kind of mixed results from customer service. They were informed and knowledgeable at first but then it tapered off once they got the system put in. I do plan on upgrading the system later on but I am not sure if I am going to ask them to do it. Two panels are broken so the guy that came to activate the system didn't know what was up. The equipment was fine once we got it up and running.

I spoke to a couple of firms and the seemed to be the best fit. I have had several problems with the installation and communication and billing and not everything ends up resolved. There were things that were misses and a leak in my roof so they had to come back and fix it, so I am marginally satisfied. I have had the equipment a year now and I think it will be three to five years before I know if the promise made was accurate. Overall the experience wasn't terrible and I would throw their name out there for someone to take a look at.

At first they were really good at responding and then afterwards it took a while to reach somebody who could take care of my concerns. I finally got to the customer service director but after I go my panels it was getting really hard to reach somebody who could answer my questions. She took a lot of my feedback but there should always be someone there to deal with the customer's concerns. I don't know a lot about the technology but I haven't has any problems with the equipment.

They make to many appointments on short notice. Had an appointment scheduled take time off to be here they call an hour before tell me the tech is stuck on another job 5 days later still no call to come and finish my job. Already making payments on system that's not even 100% operational

They started out great. When system failed after only 3 months community and trying to get it repaired took 2 months. I was still pay the payments and could not get any resolution. It is finally working I think but there was no apology for the lengthy delay to even get someone out to look at it and then get it repaired

I wanted a specific system and ended up with it penetrating through my roof which was a big ordeal. The equipment is good, but they need to be more accurate with their sales as well as quicker customer service. It took a little while to get the system up and running, I know that it takes some time, but it could have been a little quicker.

There were no issues with the installation, they came and were professional. My problem is I did not get in writing by the salesperson some features and when I asked about it, I was told too bad you signed the final document. I was told it was covered but it wasn't in writing, so I would advise people to make sure you get everything in writing.

The company is very good. They were courteous and knew what they were showing. The product may be very good but the results are very poor. I was told I would save eighty five percent and I am not even getting fifty percent off sale.

I have had my solar for four months and it still is not complete. I have made multiple payments and I know there are parts that need to be replaces and I am still waiting. Customer service is pretty quick to get back to me and answer my questions.

We came upon many issues during installation, and I wish they were able to plan better to prevent them. The equipment ended up being a lot more expensive than we had originally planned.

The install process took longer than it should have. Elevation said it would be installed on one day and they didn't come out till around 3 to install it and it took another 3 days for them to finish it.

Initial interview was on 24 October. We agreed to purchase a system. Was told technicians would design the system and they would be in touch. I was concerned about the necessity of cutting down 4 trees that were casting shade on the areas of installation. Brian brought by a guy who said he and his friend could do it for $1850, said it would take 2 or 3 days to get it all cut up and hauled off. Talked to a neighbor, got a recommendation, and had it done for $850 in less than 5 hours. About the second week in Dec, I was informed installation would be done. Some subcontracted company arrived and did the work. Following were inspections by Elevation Solar, the utility company, the city, then more work was done, another inspection by utility co, another inspection by city, correction to installation, another inspection. Meanwhile we received notification that our loan had been sold to a finance company. We are scheduled for the final step, "switching the boxes" by the utility company on Friday Feb first. This guy may (or may not) flip the switch to activate the system. If he does not, "someone will be out next week" to turn it on, or they will provide me instructions on how to turn it on myself (??!!!). The first payment is due 12 Feb, about a week after the system is scheduled to go live. This process has drug out over 3 solid months, apparently due to "high demand for utility and city inspectors". When I mentioned how long it was taking, I was told that some installations take a year. I have no experience with solar installations and have no idea if my situation is typical or not. It seemed to me to take a long time, with salesman from one company, installer from another, and a 3rd party finance company. Seems very haphazard and disorganized. It sounds like a good quality system, and I am looking forward to checking on the accuracy of the claims that the system will pay for itself with no out of pocket expense.

We do our best to push everything through as quickly as possible but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the utility companies timelines. I am a retired person. During ALL the conversations, I don't remember being told that if you don't pay taxes, because of income, the TAX CREDIT is worthless. So the money I thought I would be getting back after doing my taxes, is nonexistent. My loan payment is now going to go up almost $50 a month after this initial 18 months of payments. Or I have to find extra money to pay into my loan, to keep my loan payment at the amount it is now. I told everyone up front, I was RETIRED!!!!

The panels have not been installed, I cannot comment on that step yet...I have read alot of negative reviews, I'm precocious now. I am not sure if to proceed.

Ryan was great. Very honest man. Took 3 months til install, had to call few times to see what was happening. I would recommend Elevation solar, hopefully your install goes faster. Install crew was great! Showed me everything they had and how they would install. Great guys!
