Family-owned and operated Earthlight Technologies started as a residential energy efficiency company in Ellington, Connecticut in 2008. The company opened its solar division in 2012 and has since expanded into a growing team of solar and electrical experts in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Oregon, offering a suite of home services in addition to solar. Earthlight is equipped to install solar on a variety of roof types, including asphalt shingle, metal, and rubber roofs. Earthlight Technologies is a certified Tesla Powerwall installer, meaning it’s authorized to install the Tesla Powerwall directly into your home. While Earthlight installs commercial EV charging stations, it does not appear to take on residential EV charging stations. If you're looking to install an EV charging station in conjunction with your home solar project, you'll need to explore other options.

Currently, Earthlight Technologies is only available in Connecticut, western Massachusetts, and some of northwestern Oregon. While there are benefits to being a highly-localized provider, the company simply can't reach as many prospective customers.
