We talked to a sales person and decided to get it. I didn't get much support at all, especially not from the guy that stood in the door and made a bunch of promises that were never fulfilled. The installation was smooth, but I don't think we got enough panels to cover us, I'm still paying the utility bill along with their bill.

It took forever to set up the automatic debit thing. They kept calling me for the payment and I had to repeat to them that I was supposed to have the automatic payment system. They were very incompetent in that. In the end they finally got it working. The installation itself went well, but one of the guys stole my wife's sunglasses, which yeah they returned the next day. I also think their rate is too high, but I took it since it was tied to the 20 year maintenance program.

I didn't get information on a timely manner. When the installation happened it was all a little strange. Our house wasn't equipped well. I also had an issue with a payoff that I asked for. They send me the payoff value, and then they sent me a notice of what I owed for the next month. The payoff amount should have taken care of the bill since I had paid for the full amount...

Got the estimate done and was amazed at how low the cost was. Less than our power bill. All the people are on top of it. Professional, always in contact with you, answered every question I had, and they keep you informed every step of the way. Qualified for the install, found out about the rebates, a few inspections, then the install and bam, free power and the value of our house increased. It's a win win for everyone.

Dividend Solar made our experience very easy. After making up our minds to purchase the system the installation process started quickly and efficiently. It started with the first inspector who determined that our roof was compatible but found our electrical panel sub grade therefore replacing it at their cost. Every craftsman that came out was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. The owner of this company should be congratulated for building a strong format and hiring the people to carry out it's goals.

My experience with Momentum Solar was so easy and pleasant. I have always wanted solar panels but thought it was a very complicated process. Momentum Solar was amazing! If you didn’t understand how the process of something worked, they are there to explain and walk you through the entire process. The staff was more than accommodating, professional and pleasant. As a matter of fact, they helped fill out all the paperwork step by step and explained what it was for. This entire experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

They took care of all permits, and set up everything with the electric company. All I had to do is sit back and relax, while the did all the work. From the time the sales rep. arrived to the completed job, and financing. Everything was taken care of, and fully explained. If I had any questions, they explained everything in detail. They are on top of everything from the beginning. They get your loan for you. Let you know how things are progressing. Make all the appointments for you and make sure each responsible person or parties are doing their job at any given time. Stay in touch with the local Electrical Co. Inform the the city inspector when job is completed. They are with you from start to finish.

The loan process is straightforward and the loan documents are easy to understand. I was pleasantly surprised that Dividend Solar rates are very competitive compared to several major solar providers in our county. They have always been helpful, informative, and answer any questions that I have. The installation itself was flawless. They arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning, they had everything they needed, and had the systems checked out and were completely finished by 4 in the afternoon. They left no mess at all. You wouldn't even have noticed that they came to install panels. Everything has been working as promised.

Dividend Solar offered a whole package of financing and equipment. Online reviews of Dividend Solar looked good, so I gave it a try. The Freedom Solar person that came out to talk to me is what made my final choice. He was technically knowledgeable and could answer my questions. When the system was being installed there were a couple of issues. Freedom Solar was extremely responsive and resolved my issues within less than a hour each time. I was very impressed.

There were issues with my town when I first applied w/ Dividend, and my first monthly payment was delayed by quite a few months. However, Dividend kept me posted on what they were doing to get the problem resolved behind the scenes. I didn't have to worry about anything! Plus, because of the delay, they understood I did not have a fully functioning system, and refused to begin the repayment process until the issue was resolved. There was no expectation of a preliminary lump sum for that first month either. They've done a fantastic job of making my life easier and making solar energy affordable!

The first person I spoke to told me something totally different than I wound up with, costing more than discussed and not seeing results like I was told I would. Talking to top guy was a pain as he made it out like I should be soooooooo happy with my dicission to have this installed and I'm NOT. Have told all my family and friend who ask about all this so not sure they will try it. Switched shortly after speaking to the first person and Kathy G. was the last person who avoided me after I stated I was dissatisfied.

Had a few minor problems with the inverter not connecting to the wifi. The service tech came back several times until the problem was corrected. The electricians were very professional and answered all of my questions. I have had several follow up calls from Sun Solar just to touch base and see if everything is ok. Great experience.
