Always there to answer questions and try to make sure that the job gets done right the first time. They're always very willing to go the extra mile to help out where they can. I think equipment's style is really good. I've had some repeat issues with one specific section of the equipment, but nothing super major. They came to install early in the morning. It was a pretty big systems (was going to take two days) and I didn't even notice them really. It was very painless, and very quick.

Very reliable; everything works great and I'm having no issues. Great attitudes and very helpful. Our rep dropped off the panels a few days before subcontractors got here. And then after that within 24 hours they went up there and installed the panels and and had everything working pretty quick actually. They damaged my roof and that still hasn't been repaired yet.

They are a little pricier than others, very expensive. I do highly recommend them and their panels are top notch and I had no issues. Our panels look phenomenal, you can barely see the panels if you don't look hard enough you wouldn't know I had solar. It was quick, professional. They did an excellent job.

I had one little hiccup and through the whole process. It was actually amazingly quick. I was really surprised the crew that came in, they came all the way from San Antonio and they installed on my home in three hours. I haven't had any problems with any of it. I've not had any panels not functioning where they placed it, I get good sun unless of course you have an overcast day. We're producing every month more than what we're using. The hiccup I mentioned was with the electric company.

Tri Smart was great, however GoodLeap the financial institution was horrible. The worst financial company we have ever dealt with. Tri Smart reps were great every step of the way. Tri Smart company I would give 5 stars to, but having GoodLeap as one of there lenders would receive 0 stars. Get rid of them and more people would be happy with Tri Smart.

Our rep was always in contact, always gave updates. It had a couple of bumps, but it wasn't bad. TriSMART handled everything for my HOA, which was really nice and everything with the city, which was also very nice and handy. Our rep handled any kind of issues that came up. And we didn't even have to be there for any of it. That's really nice.

The consumption that I'm getting is not quite as much as the other companies my friends are using. One of my pannels isn't generating as much as the rest. Sometimes they're very hard to get a hold of. Overall it is good. It's not bad.

Their communication is good, but they send someone out fairly frequently. It seems like I've had them out three times in the last year. I think there was an issue with penetration on the solar panels that caused the leaked and they fixed it, but it took a while to catch. It keeps me dropping communication, that's why they keep sending technicians out.They undersized my system and I'm still paying a high electric bill.

They are not good at returning calls. Install went very smoothly. I've been looking at the readings and one of my panels is not doing what it's supposed to. They're a pretty good company, but if their customer service was a little bit better I would have given a higher rating.

There are really good deals with TriSMART. I have never had a problem getting a hold of a person. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I have had zero problems with the product. It is a nightmare to reinstall the app and make it work again.

Once I got my solar panels installed, half of them didn't work. They never called and told me that until a year later. They don't have good communication and I was disappointed. I thought the installation process went very well because the first time they had to send another crew out to come back and do additional work because it wasn't done right the first time so I was happy with that but not the first part of installation. They don't let anyone know when their bills are going up and they don't answer when customers have questions. They hide from the actual problems. I wouldn't recommend TriSMART.

We have the app and my husband uses it all the time. I got an email that showed me how much electricity we've used and how much we are saving and whatnot so that I like the panels. Installation process was good.There was no issues. Everybody I talked to was not very good at explaining anything. We even had people that came over here said they were part of trismart but they weren't. The only reason why they lowered the sales price was because another guy was offering something lower. They were talking so much crap about the other guy that saying he's not even from corporate but they weren't from corporate either, they're not even from here. But they matched it anyways.

If the system goes down and you aren't monitoring it you would never know. That responsibility fell on me and I wasn't aware. The install was very smooth. Customer service is good. Sometimes the wifi feed goes off and it can be pretty annoying.

As far as the installation process, they came out, did their survey, got their permits, and then they came out and started on it one day and then it took two weeks for them to come back and finish. Once I got my equipment all installed, they really didn't give me a walkthrough on how to check on my solar panels. They just installed it and didn't give me any kind of information on how it was going to work or anything like that.

They seem to be they seem to offer a better panels and better warranty and a little bit cheaper. They're not very forthcoming with information that I think new solar owners need. You have to realize that there's an issue to come a call and then they tell you. They got it done fairly quickly, I think it took maybe two days. I haven't had any faulty equipment and it functions well.

When I came to the house we looked at the roof and then they started putting stuff on probably four months later and once they did that everything was pretty much started so it took on the day before it all out and then they had to come back because something wasn't done right.

Communication was sparse to non existent and mostly driven by me throughout the project. I never had confidence that my install was going to order or vision. Everything took at least 2 tries by Trismart to get what was discussed on paper. Design aspects discussed with onsite personnel were not conveyed to project managers and the end result was not the install I envisioned ... but too late as my roof and splash panel had a hole in it. Installers did not make contact with me or my family during installs or the 4 or 5 following inspections, fails and subsequent corrections. The install took nearly 8 months from signing to the system being in production. I have not been able to figure our how to contact the company to get my state tax paperwork completed or re-provided. The thing that saves them from 1 star is that when my install went over-deadline, the company footed my first 3 loan payments, and that I got the system I wanted, eventually, almost. My sales rep was awesome and responsive.

We've had heavy wind storms and little bit of hail and the pannels hold up. Install went pretty good, the guys got there early. It was pretty presentable and professional. It was hard to get through to customer service to get all that set up. Installation was great.The solar panels are not keeping up with the use of the home when we were told they would. Honestly I'm not very happy with the company, Aaron the salesman came to my house explained everything of the system well and told me my electric bill was going to no more than $5 a month due to the fact of how much solar i was suppose to gain from the panels and funny things is that we're almost never home, second he told my I was going to receive a check from the company because 2 houses near me got the solar with you guys and that check was suppose to be basically covering the payments of the panels for the next 2 years! I've tried contacting him and the people from trismart by telling them about it and no one's seems to answer after they finish installing the panels. Third of all if I could return the panels and not get trismart I would.

The panels have been good, the electrical hardware has been good. I've had one failure in a soft start. It didn't take as long as I've been led to expect, and best I can tell, the installation was done very well. They've been responsive to my my request for information and and to come out and fix things. My day-to-day experience is pretty good, but I've been waiting for my batteries for 14 months so they have not completed the installation yet.
