Multiple Financing Options

Trinity Solar provides four financing options aimed at helping customers make the switch to solar: outright purchases, loan financing through a Trinity Solar partner, solar leases, and power purchase agreements. Each of these options are designed to help homeowners save money on their monthly payments from the utility company.

With a wide variety of options to choose from, customers have the ability to select a payment method that best helps them save on their electric bill and/or take advantage of the solar tax credit.

25-Year Warranty

Each residential solar system installed by Trinity Solar includes a 25-year warranty that covers the panels, inverter (by Solar Edge), and other equipment.

Trinity Solar also offers a 5-year workmanship warranty, which covers labor and the solar installation.

Referral Program

The solar power company provides the homeowner with a referral program to encourage them to help their family and friends make the switch to a solar power system. The referral bonus that is paid out to the referrer is currently set at $1000 for each friend or family member that installs with Trinity.

The referral fee is paid out once the referred friend or family member's system has been installed. 

Custom Solar Systems

Trinity Solar understands that each customer has a unique home, lifestyle, and budget. As a result, the solar installer offers customized solar power systems designed to fit customer needs while maximizing performance and reducing energy costs. Whatever the system requirements, Trinity Solar is up to the job.

Additionally, Trinity Solar will handle all required permitting paperwork to make the installation process as smooth and efficient as possible.

In-House Team of Installers

Trinity prizes customer satisfaction. It's not uncommon for a solar company to outsource its system installations to a third party, which can result in miscommunication or shoddy workmanship.

Solar Industry Certifications

Each of Trinity Solar's installers is licensed, North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certified. NABCEP certification means the solar company adheres to high industry standards, and customers will be protected against predatory sales tactics throughout the entire process.

By Far, one of the Best Companies I've ever dealt with. I had a question about my Solar Bill and how it was broken down. My question was transferred to Sarah H and I received an email from her. 2 days later, I didn't just receive an answer, I received a five-page report with a Complete breakdown of my electric bill and solar production. I did not expect that and was very impressed. To go a step further, in the body of the email, she stated, "please do not hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions and I can go through the breakdown with you". Trinity is an excellent company to do business within ALL directions. Can't thank you enough for your 5 Star customer service !

Chuck C was our sales rep and did a great job of getting us up to speed on how the whole solar process would come together and what to expect. The installation crew ( Izzy, Ben, Jr, and the installers) were very professional and respectful of the property. They were very knowledgeable in their jobs and installed our panels with a lot less visible wiring and boxes than i have seen at other solar households. The whole process was easy and required little effort and no expense on our part. Now we wait for the savings to start!!

We then had a virtual Skype meeting, where everything was reviewed with me in detail and I was able to ask questions. I used Trinity to purchase my solar panels about three years ago and their customer service is still as great as when I first signed up with them. Recently I had a question regarding a piece of hardware that I wasn't exactly sure Trinity would be able to answer. So I emailed their customer service address with my expectations pretty low but to my surprise I got a quick reply from a helpful and cheerful Sarah. She went right to work by digging into my concern with the right department and came back to me within two days with the answer to my obscure question! I really wasn't expecting that, I was just hoping to get a general answer at best. Sarah certainly went above and beyond my expectations! There are so many solar companies to chose from, it's hard sometimes to know which is the right one. I'm glad I chose Trinity and that choice is still paying off today. Thank you Sarah for your help and friendly attitude! If your in the market for solar, stick with Trinity!

I had misplaced the check for a referral bonus, and it was past the void date. I emailed the customer experience department and got an immediate reply from Rachael G. She was very understanding and advised me of the steps necessary to get the check reissued. When there was a delay in receiving the check, she followed up with the accounting department which took steps to get the check issued. It arrived less than a week later. Bought a home in 2021 with trinity installed panels, roof began leaking. After several failed attempts by trinity to resolve leaks a final attempt left my home with the wrong color shingles (brown not grey) and live wires laying on my roof. Moldy insulation and a refusal to show any documents stating the roof was in good shape prior to install. Theyve tried to get me to buyout the contract, buy an overpriced roof, and sign confidentiality agreement. This company is the reason people dont trust or want solar panels on their homes. Ive retained a lawyer and will be going after them.

I like the idea of capturing energy from the sun for many reasons. This is free energy (once you pay for the equipment which is not cheap). It is clean energy. It is not as reliable as I have found out only a year and a few months into my installation. I don't know if it's the technology or just the sheer lack of knowledge of a company who claims to be premier or experienced. My solar energy stopped producing after entering the second year of having this trash installed on my brand new roof. It went unnoticed for over 6 months. I didn't notice immediately because weather changes, credits skew the bill, usage in the house changed because of changes in occupants, and budget billing won't tell you, either. I contacted Trinity Solar about the issue. It took them weeks to come look at my system. They found a failed component that was the culprit, but they didn't even tell me that until I inquired. They finally resolved the issue in about a month or two. It is currently working, but.... I had been making electricity payments for all those months my solar was NOT producing. These were the sunniest months of the year, not to mention the longest days of sunlight. I checked with the electric company, and all they could tell me was that the weather is unpredictable, and that many cloudy days prevented the solar panels from collecting so much. Okay, that sounds legit. Besides, they are the electric company, not the solar company. Meanwhile, I was making payments on the loan I was required to take out for such an expensive and waste of equipment. When Trinity approached me about installing these panels, they told me that I would basically be spending the same on solar panels per month as I was (at that time) spending money on electricity. Well, it turns out I am paying about twice as much. So, my next battle is reimbursement almost a year after the system stopped producing. I have to continuously request a status of the ticket I had opened on this issue. I have been working with a nice lady in customer service; however, she is not in a position to be able to authorize any compensation. She has been coordinating some sort of compensation from the company, but today she informed me that the higher management is not willing to compensate for the cost of lost energy as a result of the malfunction. I don’t really care about that. I just want to be reimbursed for the monthly payments I made for an over-sized paperweight on my roof. I may be in the market for a lawyer soon. I also might need to bring this story to the media. They love this sort of stuff.

I searched many companies regarding putting solar on my house. I received high pressure responses. I chose Trinity because they gave me honest answers without evading my questions. They were there with me throughout the process and made sure each step was to my satisfaction. I spoke with various solar companies but just didn’t feel confident until I spoke with Nelly from Trinity. I asked so many questions and Nelly was always able to answer honestly and without any bias and if she didn’t know, she’d find out and get back to me. She was very responsive by email, texts and by phone. The expectations were set from the very beginning and Trinity delivered on all points and even exceeded. Install was fairly quick. The guys were awesome. Workmanship was excellent and they left everything clean. The energy efficiency assessment was very useful and we even made use of the discounts the offered for a few other house projects. From install to the town inspection, and finally the Permission to turn on, all took about 2 and half months and Nelly was with us every step of the way giving us updates and recommendations. The service from the beginning was above and beyond and I’m so happy we went with Trinity.

We would have been happy to use Trinity Solar for our home. The Energy Consultant, Cam P was thorough, professional, and friendly as he educated my husband and I about going solar. We went through the entire process only to discover that Sunnova, the company that provides and installs the solar panels has a policy that prohibited us from using them. Cam was as disappointed as we were and worked with Trinity and Sunnova to resolve this issue to no avail. This young professional did not leave us hanging, within two weeks he had researched and referred us to another company that did not have this restriction and could provide us with the Solar Panels we desired with a competitive program. We signed on with yet another impressive Field Sales Consultant, Levi. Due to Cam's initial work within two days we were approved, and our roof was being measured and evaluated to meet close to 100% of our yearly kwH . Needless to say, we feel truly privileged that this young professional from a top rated Solar Company committed himself to helping us go Solar with the help of a competitive company. Trinity Solar was supportive of his efforts, which speaks volumes about the values of this company.

The Trinity Team was a pleasure to work with. Information presented was clear, understandable, and NO pressure was applied. Especially appreciated the company was family owned, and doing business in our neighborhood...not from 3000miles. Everyone was always accessible to speak with. I seldom had further questions to ask, but when I did, they were answered completely and quickly. The installation teams were very professional and did not intrude in our daily life, save for the gentleman at our power panel. The installation teams were also very friendly and answered all my questions, and several times expanded their answers to provided additional information. Installation took 2 days, one to set the roof frame and install the new power controller, and the panels and wiring were completed the next day. Big job done well and in only 2 days. We were very pleased with Trinity's selection of the installation teams they provided for the job. Felt as though we were doing business with good neighbors.

I have a new house less than 2 years old. My install was more difficult then normal because of the way my utilities were laid out on my house and took 3 days which is above normal of 2 days. The installers also were installing in the hottest week of the year in July. I also found out that I had a nest of wasp in the corner of my roof. I had to get a professional exterminator to remove after 1 installer was stung 4 times. With the bad conditions of the week, the installers got the job done. Overall I had a good experience. The concierge has been communicating with updates and taken care of all the submittals. You must have patience as the process with MassSave, national grid and local authorities takes a little time, but nothing has to be done by the homeowner. I have my final inspection scheduled and soon we will be turned on. The process is detailed, but was explained by the salesman that it takes a little time. Great overall experience.

For the past 5 years I have been shopping for solar companies, they will come to my house and talk but not any of them met my main need after I get to know them. Trinity solar company has a very effective customer service. They have a very good communication skills, updating, good documentation, effective term work and excellent follow up. This is going to be a long time business together I need someone who is read for customer not those that customer will chasing around. I really drained them and killed them with my year of conversation experience with other kinds of solar companies, and they survived it. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Trinity Solar from the beginning. Starting with our first meeting with Josh R., who was wonderful, he walked us through what to expect, how solar works and how long it might take for each phase of the process. Was a little taken back by the 25 year commitment, but as Josh explained, we were currently in a life time commitment with our utility co. with no protection from future rate increases. Trinity promises no more than 2.9% a year increase. But that 25 year commitment goes both ways! Trinity said they would monitor the system, maintain the equipment, warranty and insure everything for the same 25 years! Ours was a unique case, in that, it took us a good 6 months from that meeting until we were turned on, also known as PTO (permission to operate). We understood that other entities are involved and they may take their good sweet time, with their permits, inspections and paperwork etc. Couldn't fault Trinity for other parties feet dragging. Anyway, we met Josh in late Sept., got an install date for right after Christmas, they did some inside work at first, but got delayed due to the weather (ice rain) until Jan. Work crew was polite and professional, and cleaned up after each work day. Finished install in mid Jan. then had to wait for final inspection from the township and the utility co., plus "post permits" needed after an install. So long story short, oops too late, we got turned on in mid April of 2019. Very happy with Trinity Solar and their commitment to customer service. Wouldn't have wanted to go with anyone else!

Trinity Solar was great from the beginning of our project to the very end! Bill N helped us really understand what would happen through this process, and had images on his computer of our property that amazed us. Studies of our property and how the sun moves, trees etc. Bill did a great job of presenting all of this in an easy to understand, professional manner. We found Corina P was also very helpful. When some changes were needed to satisfy my very exacting husband (a builder himself), these requests were easily handled. Because we had to have a new roof put on before the panels, we had to ask Corina to move our installation a few times to accommodate the roofer. She was wonderful! The solar panels were installed with no hitch, in the design my husband asked for, by some very polite, hard working individuals. All in all, Trinity, Bill N and Corina P, were a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them!

I was impressed with the girl who came to the door marketing. I usually don't talk to people but she was very good. The salesman, Jeff G was great! He was very knowledgeable and personable. I am a person who was not going to buy solar, but he won me over easily and I'm thrilled with the new system that I have! When my system was being installed , the office kept me well informed at every step the way. Hannah and Chelsea were particularly helpful . The whole thing actually went in more quickly than anticipated . Now I am tracking the daily output of kilowatt hours that my system is producing . You won't be disappointed if you go with this company!

Answered the door to a friendly salesperson, we always sent the window, roof, etc. people away with best wish's but to our good fortune it was 100 plus outside and invited the guy in for some a.c. and water. We heard his sales pitch and agreed to have a formal interview, with no commitment, with Daniel H. Dan was very clear and concise with our expectations. We wanted to buy to own. Being just retired I was wary of a longtime commitment but my wife and I considered this an investment. Dan did advise us of our old and weathered roof that sooner or later needed to be replaced, I was surprised that our home owners insurance co. didn't have us replace it yet, so we had our much needed roof replaced. That saved the hassle of Trinity taking off the panels for free, installing the roof and all the while interrupting our solar advantage and then the solar panel re-installed. Dan also gave us some local reference's of Trinity customers, okayed by them of course, so we went riding around town to those house's. One bought and the another leased, both called it a "no brainer". Called Dan H. back and the installation started. Must admit the time between installation and final hook-up took a little longer than the estimation.....red tape from A.C, electric, local inspectors and high demand BUT this is the bottom line.......before the solar hook-up we averaged paying $375.00/month to A.C. electric to a $294.00/month for a $65,000 buy. We are paying only a $5.00 hook-up fee to the utility co. The "leased person" told me he was paying the same to A.C. and was leasing for around $125.00. You getting this? but nothing is ever fool proof...the agreement on our loan stipulates a $18,000 optional payment after 18 months of the solar hook-up. If you can come up to that figure your payment will remain level, if not, then that figure will increase an extra $130.00 or so. But wait......since we have been connected, 9 month's, we have generated over 4 grand in SREC's and we will apply that money and our next nine months of our excess generated power to the loan. SREC's are around $225.00 per mhz. We anticipate paying down around half which will level our payment to the original utility payment. This is a no brainer for us. My salesperson, Daniel H is very transparent and has called us a few times to check in. I'm still in the dark about the N.J. rebate but I know Dan will straighten things out when I call him. I was very pleased with Trinity Solar They explained everything to me and my sales Rep was very nice and kept me up to date with phone calls step by step . They installed my panals in two days and the guys were clean and very nice so happy with my solar and my electric bills are so cheap now . My home is a three bed room with pool and air and my bills ran anywhere from 275.00 to 600.00 and now 138.00 a month big savings love this company . Did so much research on Solar and Trinity was the lowest . Thanks to my rep Salvatore A who walked us though everything and stopped by after all the work was done just to make sure everything went smoothly . Great company Great workers and Great experiences. Of all the companies that have worked on my home, none have been as expert and professional and friendly. After three shady experiences with other solar companies , I am amazingly pleased with every aspect of the project. Phil G from Trinity Solar came to our house and was very patient and understanding of our situation and waited until we were ready to make the switch over to solar. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. After several months with dealing with us we signed up. Trinity was very flexible and worked around our schedule for the installation. My wife has health issues and that was very important to us. We are happy with the savings we are now seeing and know that Trinity will stand behind their product. I would recommend Trinity Solar to anyone looking to switch over to solar.

We had wanted to switch to solar energy the moment it became available and were disappointed when another company rejected our house due to a tree in the front. Trinity Solar’s, Rob M. came out, took pictures of our house and roof and sent them to be evaluated. We were happy to hear the back of our house was fine. Rob has been incredible throughout this process going above and beyond our expectations. He worked around our schedule and it has been the most efficient, expert installation we have ever had. We didn’t have to do anything and the installation crew was exceptional as well. I’m happy to report that our Eversource bill came out to $9.21 in June. Just had my solar install finalized. The Trinity salesman as well as the entire install crew were professional and all really had my best interests in mind. The crew head worked with me and made sure to address my concerns as I wanted the least intrusive look on my house in terms of inverter location as well as the external piping (which really was kept to a minimum). The whole install felt to me like they were doing work on their own house! They were clean and neat, inside and out. At one point I think I counted 4 Trinity trucks/cars at my house, all with different functions to ensure the proper installation and supervision. I am very pleased with their work. I can't wait for final inspection and turn-on. Only good things to say about the Trinity install process.

A salesman (Jim P) came to our door and asked if I was aware of the solar power option (not in those exact words). I explained I had been approached a number of times and the price was prohibitive. He explained the arrangement with Trinity and I was very much interested. He was not pushy (which would have been a deal breaker) and simply asked if I was interested in finding out more. His follow-up was timely and the whole experience followed the steps he explained in the time frame he provided. All the parties that I had direct contact with were friendly, including the phone contact. Jim followed up several times to insure the process was going smoothly (which I greatly appreciated) and he was even available after the process was completed to respond to a question I had.

May 22, 2018 I am writing a review about Ethan R., a young man, who is helping us enter the world of solar energy through “Trinity Solar” (the company he works for). We were so impressed with him as a representative of his company, because he was so well informed, delightfully energetic, well-mannered, and pleasant to be with. If these were his only qualities, that would have been more than we would expect. But Ethan sported a work ethic I have not seen in people his age. He certainly seems to be well-placed in the field of sales, though I think he has skills that not only support the area of sales he is in, solar energy, but he is also degreed from a prestigious University in that field. So, what Ethan is selling is solar energy which is supported by a degree in that field. However, he could easily slip into the engineering aspects of that field, contracting, or in the scientific research end of things. Because of his gentle manner and his well-developed social skills, rapport seemed to be built so easily. He connected with us and we with him. He is definitely a people person. We not only found him to know his field, to know the products he was selling, but he also had the social skills, good manners, and the unobtrusive energy to help us through the technicalities of purchasing solar panels. Ethan also was prepared to discuss the economic aspects and work with us to find answers to questions about what we were doing, which required him to research answers and come back to us several different times. He went the distance with us. When the sale was complete, we felt we knew what we were getting into. Once we were transferred to the installation division of the company, Ethan continues to stop by our home, from time to time, to see how we were being treated by the people who will be completing the project. Diane C. was the salesperson who introduced us to Trinity. She was terrific!!! Our knowledge of solar systems was limited and she was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the solar experience. She was always available to answer questions and was with us from the moment we decided to install the system until it was on our roof. We did not feel pressured at all. It was very comforting to have someone in our home who passionately believes in solar and the Trinity product. Everyone at Trinity has been terrific from Diane, who was our initial contact, Tristin, our concierge, and the installers. Overall, working with Trinity has been a pleasurable experience. Strongly recommend Trinity and Diane.

I had the first day of my installation today and everything went better then expected. The crew showed up on time and they explained exactly what the process was. The roof was covered with snow from a recent storm but that did not discourage them from moving forward. Mind you I have an old victorian home with odd roof angles and a STEEP pitch. The crew even fell in love with my very rambunctious golden retriever who wanted to oversee everything they did. The solar consultant Diane C. was instrumental in getting the project started and seeing it through to completion. I have nothing but good things to say to this point and am looking forward to a successful solar install.

Our family had been thinking about going solar for a while but just couldn't find the time to sit down and see what would be best for us. After meeting with Will R. from Trinity Solar and him going over all the detail, we decided to purchase a system for our home, one that is esthetic and supported by one of the best companies out there and the best warranty (25 years). Will has years of experience in the industry and I felt confident that I was getting the best product and quality system for my needs. I never felt pressured to go with Trinity and knew that I can back out at anytime if I change my mind. He explained the advantages of going with trinity and never put any pressure. The communication with everyone at Trinitiy was excellent. The entire process was very transparent, on time and seamless. Everyone at trinity solar and Sunnova is courteous, knowledgeable and supportive through the whole experience. The company not only had the best products and installers, but that they would be there for me in the future should I have any issues. My experience with everyone was fantastic from my initial consult with Will to the concierge Mike to the schedulers, Rachel and Natasha as well as each of the installation crew (Justin, Jeff, Chris, and their associates). The team of installers was also top-notch and very respectful. We love that the panels blend in well and skirts they put up and the work & panel upgrade was done professionally and the team never left a mess at the end of the day! Will even stopped by on installation day to make sure everything is to his satisfaction. Each member of that team is one that every company should be proud to have… I am very impressed. After the installation, trinity monitored the performance and came out and made minor adjustments to make my system even more optimal. I have access to monitor the performance and production remotely and even after couple weeks, can see the benefits already. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them!

Great company. It's a 2 year anniversary since Trinity Solar installed our 10kw system and having to pay only monthly PSEG electric-grid hookup charges. Trinity also faithfully monitors the performance of our solar system on a regular basis and recently informed us that we had a slight problem. Turns out that due to squirrel nesting, damage was done to a panel and some wiring. Within a week the system was repaired. They recommended a 3rd party to install a " pest " barrier around the perimeter of the panels to prevent future damage. It's almost invisible. Keep up the good work Trinity and let that Solar shine.

Trinity Installed my system in June of 2016. My sales advisor Joshua P inform me of the whole process and was clear and honest on the process. Installation took 1 full day they even added support beams in my attic for the roof.They left the premises spotless. My system went online October 3 month after installation but it was not Trinity issue it was Pseg who got delayed. My production was low in October and November and i called my sales advisor Trinity through there monitoring system notice the inverter was not working properly and replace the inverter in a matter of a week after informing them. in NJ is a no brainer to go solar do the math. My system would be paid of in 7 years. It was either pay my utility company for electricity or pay myself and ad some equity to my house. After the 7th year when the system is paid off you get 80 percent of your electricity free and the Srec value and start making a profit.Highly recommend Trinity Solar and Joshua. Great job Guys!

Based on my experience, I highly recommend Trinity Solar. The main reason for my recommendation was the interaction I had with my Energy Consultant, Dan G. Each time Dan visited my house, he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. Not only did he share other installations in my area, he encouraged me to talk to the homeowners to get their opinions of him and Trinity Solar. Dan was highly recommended by my neighbors and his constant interaction with me throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Because of Dan, the installation was quick and my system is already running and generating power. We all know that many different solar companies want our business, but based on my interaction with Dan and the entire Trinity team, I highly recommend and thank them for making this processs easy. Even though my installation is complete, Dan still checks in with me to make sure everything is okay. I have already shared Dan's name with my friends and family who are interested in solar. If you are thinking of solar, you can't go wrong with Dan G and Trinity solar.

i have much to say. i had a great experience with Trinity. They delivered on all promises with a small hiccup with their former finance partner. i re-signed and moved forward with solar. i was informed the whole way through and most of all i was PATIENT with them because i know the construction business and what it takes to deal with finance partners and utility companies. Solar doesn”t happen over night, and i never once was without power because my panels weren”t installed on the projected date. Solar is saving me money now and it wasn”t 5 years ago, so what”s the problem with waiting an month longer than i thought. in life if you look for negative that”s what you will find. i found the positive side, helping the environment and Trinity providing me that ability. thanks Trinity,

I do not know who rated this company's service so poorly or why, but I have had the complete opposite experience. I found the service team and especially the service manager, completely responsive to all of my service start up issues, regardless if it was a knowledge deficit on my part about the equipment or customer Web site. After a severe storm they came out the next date to make sure flying debris had not damaged the solar panels. Equipment failure with set up was dealt with promply and monitored to make sure the issue did not reoccur. Personnel were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our schedules for multiple medical appointments were not jepardized by necessary service visits when checking or testing equipment for a pesky, intermittent issue.

I was shocked by some of the reviews for Trinity. My state is NJ and I honestly had absolutely no issues at all. I've had the panels "live" now since April 2014. Each year I end up paying nothing for my electric as I 1) own the SRECs and 2) pre-purchased my electrical output for 20 years. The amount of money I spent was equal to about 8 years of normal use. The payback time-frame is shortened by my selling the SRECs online once a month. I normally sell 11 each year. In addition I "pretend" I have an electric bill of $180 a month and have been paying myself back. I'll be done in about another 24 months. There are numerous deals out there and the customer (buyers) need to do their homework. I went through 5 companies all who are listed on these pages. Good luck.

I don't know what some of those reviews are going off of. Maybe the salesperson working for them had issues because our salesperson Sam has working VERY hard to be prompt and invoke us in every step of our process. We didn't even have to ask when things were coming next, they just let us know. He told us ahead of time that the process would take 4-6 months depending on a number of factors. Which is understandable. He has ALWAYS been patient with our questions and has made going solar so easy. I'm glad I chose to work with a company who stands with such a positive mission. Everyone that I've spoken to that works for this company has been super transparent about what's happening. Definitely look into this company!! They really care about the customer, and if you look at the competition they literally run laps around them. From the installation to the warranties. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTIES. they take care of more than their fair share. Also they happen to be the cheapest price around. We've seen a decrease in the bill. Love and highly recommend Trinity Solar! God, People, then money.

I had Trinity Solar install system at my house, Tim was my sales man, he did a great job explaining my to options, he said it didn't matter to Trinity which option I choose, because they get paid either way, he explained purchasing gives you the biggest savings over time, as long as you can afford it. Which after SREC and tax credit takes 7 to 8 years if you take a loan thru them. I install a large system at my house 11,250 KW, Tim said it would take 90 days from when I signed the agreement. which was 5- 18- 2015, they started the install on 8-19-2015.Did a real nice net job no conduits all over the roof like you see om many installs. The system was up and running 3 weeks later, mostly waiting for town electrical inspector and NGRID to install the reverse meter. I bought the system and saw immediate savings. first mouth had a $15,00 credit, last mouth bill was $38,00. so paid $23.00 total, plus I will receive the SREC money every 1/4. My bills were anywhere from $290.00 to $160.00 a mouth, So I'll have the system paid off in 5.5 years, I used my own money didn't take loan,after that it's money in the bank! I recommended them to my father, who is retired, so he didn't want to purchase the system, He went with the PPA 0%, and his system was installed even quicker 30 days! I don't know what these people giving bad reviews are talking about, when they say Trinity isn't a good company or doesn't deliver on what they promise. What I think is happening, they are Fake reviews from Trinity competitors spreading lies and to scare customers away. In my book they are two for two! Oh one other thing, because I recommend them and my dad, they sent me a check for $1,000.00 even before he had system installed!! you get that if you recommend them to anyone and they install the solar system thru them.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRINITY. I did research on the companies available, and found Trinity to be top rated. The other companies did not have as many east coast installs, and the fact they were a local family owned company really sold me. I am not really sure what Victor below is talking about. I was told this process would take me 4-6 months from start to finish and they were right on point. There weren't any hidden agendas, the people I worked with there were extremely helpful. I never had such a good experience with any contractors. Also, in regards to John's comment below, I was given two options a PPA with a 0% esc., but also to purchase. I went with purchase for obvious reasons of the benefits of owning AND MONITORING my own system, but I know personally Trinity offers a 0% esc. I asked a lot of questions before agreeing and my representative was patient and willing to answer them all.

Trinity Solar did an outstanding job with my install. We were installed in less than the quoted time of 45 days. In fact we were installed in less than 30 days and were up and running in 43 days to be exact . The salesman Chris was informative, always answered my calls and responded to any and all questions me and my husband had. Excellent company! Great customer service. I have seen some reviews on here that are not the same experience I had , I don't know where they are located but here in Massachusetts we had a gray experience. They had the best rates and the quickest turnaround of any company that we talked to. Definitely recommend this company. The referral program they have is incredible as well.

When I was originally asked if I wanted solar the salesman that was talking to me about it told me how I would have one bill from sunnova and that my utility provider would send me a copy of a bill and not to worry about that because they guarantee how much energy I'm going to use so I would only have to pay the sunova bill and that was a lie now I'm paying to bills and the cost of the 2 bills is more than what I would have been paying

I have had my system installed since the end of 2020. The scheduling team was able to get the system on my roof before the end of the year per my request. Plus the install crew spent a ton of time hiding all the conduit. I absolutely Love my system thank you Trinity!

I have a 10kw system installed 10 years ago. At that time that required 51 panels and 3 inverters. I should add that I bought the system outright. I get the srec benefit from the GATS system. Panels were installed in one day and the hook up the next. The layout on my garage wall still looks great. Code inspector came the next week to certify the system. Since I have a heat pump my solar system pays for my heat and A/C. I do get a bill from JCP&L in Dec, Jan, and Feb (no sun) never more than $120. My srec check pays my association fees. What more do you want?

I have no complaints about customer service of reaching anyone. I have been able to call Neil who helped from the start. However, my bills are much higher than pre solar panels. I was led to believe that I would be saving money. But that was on me as I didn't have a good understanding re how that works. So I am okay with that. And I received a $500 bonus for referring someone. But now I found out that THAT person should also have received a $500 bonus and he did not (and his bills are higher as well). Otherwise, the workmanship was great, they did it in 1 day and the guys were professional and respectful.
