I was very disappointed in installation. While they were doing the installation, they damaged my air conditioner. I asked them to pay for it, but they refused, basically denying that their people damaged it even though it broke two days after installation. I complained to their management, but I didn't get a positive response. I don't trust this company, and wouldn't recommend their customer service. They're not a good company to work with and always have delayed responses on emails and requests.

Horizon Solar has no customer service whatsoever. It is horrible, and if I had known it was going to be like this I would have never signed up, but now I'm stuck in a contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone as it was a horrific experience from the second promises were made. Like I said before, I'm stuck in a contract so I would never put anybody of what I went through as a friend.

Things started out well, but then my project manager left/got fired and they have stopped returning my calls. I fully paid them in good faith and they have rewarded it with terrible customer service and a failure to deliver. I now have $21,000 of solar panels on my roof that are inactive because they have failed to start the interconnection application. Additionally, they began construction before my utility approved the build, which could have backfired in a very expensive and unfortunate way. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The consultants are great but the solar panels and the saving... we don't feel a difference. This summer the most we paid $398, so I didn't see any savings. We would rather be with a better system. We still pay light light bills and I don't know why, we're hardly home, there's no savings
