Will P is very helpful to describe everything in details. It was taking some time for project to finish but they were keep calling us about updates. Installations is very quick and easy. After installation we still having issues with productions, but customer services sent people to fix everything. Everything is smooth and all team member is very helpful.

I contacted Sungevity and spoke with Eric E. I found Eric to be extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the solar installation process to me and was very attentive to my needs and desires as they pertained to a solar installation. Unfortunately, due to my desire for a small install it was not possible them to accommodate me and we could not move forward. Eric however was certainly the kind of guy I would have liked to do business with.

Although we did not end up buying panels from Sungevity (we wanted a local contractor and they were a similar price to the local company) they were a close second choice. If we lived in California we absolutely would have gone with them. Erik was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was very impressed with their system for connecting the panels to the roof.

My husband and I contacted a few solar companies and sat thru hours of sales presentations only to say “no” as either the price wasn’t right or we just didn’t feel comfortable with the company. Then we met Sonny at Sungevity. Wow, what a difference! He called us immediately, completed everything over the phone and worked with us on pricing. What a real pleasure to work with Sonny. The experience was very enjoyable because Justina F kept me updated and informed on a regular basis on the progress of the installation of my solar power. Ms F also was able to answer all my questions and got back with me in a timely manner for those questions she had to research. For any future problems or questions I may have about my solar power I would not hesitate to contact Ms F because I feel confident she will be to assist me and give me the answers I will need.

Raymond was very thorough and clear on what we were getting into. He did not try to oversell the product and offered an honest assessment of what it would provide to us. He fully answer every question we had. We decided not to get the system because the estimated monthly savings were lower than our cut off requirement. I didn't dislike anything about the experience and when I am back in the market next year, I will be reaching out directly to Raymond.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Customer service was great starting with the sales person Nathan W and Emily P.
Emily kept me well informed of the progress and even after completion I was able to call back and ask questions that she helped me with the answers. She also gave me choices on contacting me via audio or text. I preferred text. She kept me well informed.
Nathan was also able to answer questions & made me feel comfortable with my decision. Because of this I have shared solar with friends, family and neighbors.

After experiencing some monitoring problems with my solar system, I reach out via email and I received a reply within a day or so. Rosanna C was able to assist me with all my questions and concerns and kept in touch via email, for a period of several weeks answering all my questions and providing updates after checking with Solaredge, until I was fully satisfied.
This type of service is greatly appreciated.

This is a direct review for Lilly M. We had several issues at once over the Christmas holidays and Lilly was simply fantastic. We had rain damage to our interior potentially caused by the solar system and our solar system decided to quit tracking the panels. I contacted Lilly and she took care of things professionally and cheerfully. The Christmas/New Years time is tough time to get folks to respond but she did and all issues were resolved satisfactorily. Lilly's customer service is a credit to Horizon and like a breath of fresh air for customers like me.

Rosa T was my project coordinator of Horizon Solar power, she sounds so friendly, kind and very understanding , she was so great to keep me updated of what’s going on of the project. She will let me know ahead of time whoever is coming and what time They are coming to my house and what they are going to do .
She was a nice and wonderful person!

Making the decision to go solar must be made with considerable knowledge about the proposed system and your current energy needs.

Kelton has been very helpful in explaining benefits of switching to solar and he provided a lot of useful information to educate me and help to make a right decision. I am planning to install solar sometime next year but first I need to replace my old roof. Kelton also provided me with some good suggestions how to accomplish roof replacement and solar install at the same time.

He was patient, knowledgeable, informative, matter-of-fact and quite reasonable. He would also periodically follow-up with me until I informed him of my purchase decision. It was nice to work with Michael T. He really helped lay out the multi-step process of our solar project. I appreciated his efforts in communicating and connecting with us and explaining every detail by phone and email. Shari R was an incredible project coordinator. Getting solar set up is not a quick or easy process. She made sure all of our questions were answered and quickly resolved any issues we had. Honestly, out of everyone we dealt with regarding this process, Shari was our rock.
Horizon is a good company and their product seems to be a great fit for us. They are well known in the industry and all of their people are knowledgeable and helpful.

Matthew V. was very helpful in sorting out the questions and issues to be addressed in making a decision about solar panel installation. I especially liked his non-aggressive style and careful listening to address my questions. Our information was such that we were not qualified for a financial arrangement to lease with purchase of electricity at a low tier rate. Still he gave me helpful information about our particular situation and pointed me forward in my search.

Sungevity has surprised me. I wouldn’t have bought this house if I didn’t talk to Blake. He went thru the existing contract line by line. I am confident Sungevity stands behind their systems and takes care of their customers. Their customer service reps got back to my real estate agent and myself much more quickly than any other third party in my buying process. I feel like I have an electric company I can count on which is great when you look at PG&E in the news.

Sungevity service has been excellent. Kelton listened, answered all of my questions. He and Scott G bent over backwards to make sure my neighbor, who referred me to Sungevity/Solar Spectrum got his due credit. When I worried that I was taking too much of his time, he responded, "It is actually best to have and answer a lot of questions , since that means we are on the same page." I am impressed.

Alex was very super knowledgeable who left us w great personal impression to wanting to come back to him to purchase. After the first interaction over the phone w a 30mins breakdown and product info, he wasn’t pushy and told us to quote around and come back when we were ready to buy. 4 consultants later, we ended w alex who in turn gave us another bargaining deal (right before he left for his vacation trip) . I’m excited and looking forward to working w alex and Sungevity more in the future

Very impressed with Sungevity's honestly and customer service. Ultimately, I was unable to buy my solar system through them because of the roof I have, but even after Scott learned this, he continued to educate me on the different products and made suggestions oh what I should be doing to protect myself during the purchase. High highly impressed with their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond.

I was looking for the best solar company to install a solar battery wall for the blackouts I chose Sungevity because it's ranked number one by by Best Company. The person I talked to was Scott Gasparini He was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me.. Unfortunately after all his effort he was told by his company that they will no longer install a solar battery because i have existing solar panels not installed by Sungevity

I interacted abundantly with Sungevity for weeks as I wanted to add solar panels to my house. My interlocutor was Cameron L from Sales. In the end, Historic Georgetown regulations here in DC limited possibilities and the project did not materialize. But at the end I felt extremely grateful for Cameron's patience and willingness to help me learn, his friendliness, competence and the clear sense he was working in my best interest with rigor and impartiality. I would highly recommend Cameron and Sungevity to any of my friends or neighbors.

Kelton was the sales consultant that informed me about Sungevity’s benefits and really helped me make a mindful decision when it came to solar. He ran through the numbers and said that right now would not be the best time for me to go solar for my own financial situation. I look to in the future and will be contacting Sungevity to hopefully pursue solar with Kelton.

The process of setting up the panels definitely had its hiccups. We signed up in December, got the panels installed in July and didn't get started until mid-August! However, we were kept updated with regard to every step. The workers were clean and friendly (they worked hard and fast too!) and the team was upbeat and actually answered me when I sent an email or had a question - and there were many! Now that our system is up and running, they haven't forgotten about me when I wondered how I would know if there was an issue - they answered me within hours! I would definitely recommend the whole team!

The process of finding a good solar provider is not very easy. With Sungevity though, it was different. I did not have to visit with a sales person, as is the case with other companies, nor did I feel any pressure, as you may do from sales people.
Sungevity does everything online, Crystal was very easy to work with, as she helped us to find the right option, with a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend her to any friend or family member.

Had a great experience with the start up of the solar! They were efficient and ahead oh schedule on everything! Our project coordinator Rosa T was fantastic and clearly communicated with me where we were at in the project the whole way through. She answered my questions and was knowledgeable on the entire process. As long as everything goes as is supposed to I'll be a very satisfied customer!

I'm a Sungevity Solar customer since June of '19, and so far, everything is exactly as agreed upon.
Zach has explained everything perfectly. All my questions and concerns were/are addressed in a timely manner.
Once equipment was installed it took about 2 weeks to get it activated due to permits and inspections. Installer made inspections appointments/ sign offs very easy considering my busy schedule.
The whole process (from contract to final sign off) took less than 3 months.

I was very impressed at how professional and kind all members of Sungevity were during the process. I never felt any pressure from Cameron; he explained the process in a detailed way, and we had our install right on time as he anticipated. I also was really happy with the team that did the install and how respectful they were and for cleaning up so well when they were leaving.

I recently had an issue with my solar system and was unsure who to contact so I started with the consultant that sold the system to me Scott G and he in turn put me in touch with Blake (Scott has been a superstar in every way however I have sung his praises in another review). This review is for Blake whom I had never dealt with before this situation.
I was checking my system recently and noticed I was not registering any production and was alarmed that there were no numbers. As mentioned I was unsure who to contact and when Blake became involved everything started to take a turn for the better. He immediately started to research the issue and in conjunction with Solar Edge diagnosed the issue and had it promptly corrected. I was not very happy the problem occurred but, I was incredibly pleased to have Blake in my corner working away to fix the problem. He also assured me I could contact him with any further questions or issues. This gave me a degree of comfort knowing that I had someone that was prompt and pleasant dealing with my little solar system. Kudos to Blake and a big thank you for his professionalism!!!!!!!!

He was extremely informative, professional, courteous and definitely not overbearing like most salesmen you may deal with in life. Solar is realistically not for everyone like some may lead you to believe it is. I have not had my solar panels installed yet but he process to get everything started has been seamless and enjoyable. My main contact, Alex, was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had right away. Sungevity was able to provide multiple options for whether we wanted to buy or lease and help us decide what the best option was for our current situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know.

She was very patient with me and my questions and helpful in assisting me determine the direction I needed to go. I call this company hoping to get some general information about solar, Raymond M answered and I asked a bunch of hypothetical questions. He was kind and very knowledgable, I wish the company was still out in Arizona because I would definitely go with this company. I called a company prior to calling Sungevity and the guy was an idiot with no people skills. Its good to know even if a company isn't based where you are they are willing to answer your questions, and that I appreciate.

I do not know the company other than their review ratings. But if they are anything like their Rep. Sonny, they have to be good.
Sonny was honest and to the point. He answered my questions and was direct enough to say it like it is. In my case at 13 cents/KWH it was wort waiting a bit more for more grants and rebates to be made available. This young man was a pleasure!

Sungevity exceeded my expectations. I felt informed about the product and the process. I wanted to decrease the carbon footprint of our family. I feel good that we will now produce more power than we consume. James listened to my concerns, addressed these issues and explained virtual net metering which confirmed to me that Sungevity was the best possible choice for going solar.

Shari R was a great project coordinator. She made the whole process seamless, despite there being a lot of moving parts to get solar installed, approved, and connected.
In addition, the inspector, engineers, roof tile removal team, and solar panel installation team were all professional, efficient, and courteous. I was impressed with every team member that I came in contact with.
I would definitely recommend using Horizon Solar.

I want to commend Shari R for being such a patient and understanding person during this set up. If it weren't for her, I probably would have cancelled. She is smart, savvy, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them, and stayed with me through the entire process.

Hands down the only reason I am submitting a review with 5 stars is because of our Sales Representative Michelle. There were many bumps along the way however that is just our luck with life and in general and through it all she was there to help us get us up and producing our own power. She would go above and beyond her actual job duties to help us.

Its been almost a year since I decided to switch to solar, I was on a fixed income after becoming a widow. When I met with Michelle made me feel so at ease, she was so caring and has been there to help me from start to finish. I recommend her to all of my family and friends and hope one day they will use her services and see just how caring she is. This year I have a large credit which is a relief and helps me so much.

Worked for almost an hour with William M on putting together a solar system for my rural house. Mr. M, even though it was to his disadvantage, showed me where I had some failures in my ideas, and saved me from making a wrong decision. It is rare to find a sales consultant in the solar business that is so knowledgeable of solar systems and honest. I would refer anyone to Mr. M, as I know that he has the customer best interest in mind.

We had a Sungevity solar system at our previous home in Chelmsford and were very pleased with the performance and service. When we decided to add solar to our new home, Sungevity was our first choice. Bill P, our sales rep, gave us excellent service and walked us through the design process again to make sure we would get the most from our new system both in terms of performance and to take maximum advantage of current tax credits and customer incentives. The sales representative that showed up was knowledgeable and helpful. Once we got started we had a good representative (Janette, our project manager) that help with all of the install appointments, confirming of site inspections and any questions we had through the entire process. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they made it and easy process from start to end.

Michelle S was amazing!! Very friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all that was going on. She did not try to up sell at all. She was honest in telling us what we needed and what we didn’t need. The Sungevity team did an excellent job for me from the very start of the project, Mary started and helped me through the P.G.E process and then Shari R. took over and after the install and helped me final the project. The team of people have wonderful communication skills and stay in contact with the owners and make them at ease through the whole project.
The installers did a clean job and worked together well, The area was clean when they left which I was very happy about.
