We paid 22K in 9/2022 for a deposit for a solar project by Sun Badger Solar. They had an outside company do an engineering plan and the we have had no progress since then. They cannot give me a date for installation. We have had to hire an attorney to try to get our money back.

Our customer's feedback is very important to us, so over this past winter, we made changes to our project management software which allows for more frequent updates to our customers. We also have added an onboarding process that provides our customers with an informative timeline of what to expect during the project.
