I think the website where they send you stuff is difficult to understand. Installation went smoothly. I was disappointed that I had such a large true up at the end of the year. I was basically told that they thought I would not even have a true up with the amount of panels I was given.

The installation process went very good. The panels are quality and there is a warranty on them. The price is reasonable. The best product for the money. They came out and washed the panels for free.

System functions properly. However, they was told me that it would it would produce high levels of energy no matter what: whether it was winter or summer. And it hadn't. And then even though my trees were high, they still installed the the the panels underneath and then I had to cut down the trees because it wasn't it wasn't producing. I think the person that came over misrepresented the facts.

When I get my price comparisons and saw they had a lower price, I decided to go with them. Original installation went fine. We’ve had some issues an it takes a long time to get fixed because of parts but as far communication, they are very good. I am happy with them, they could just do a better job stocking parts.
