We've had a great experience with Solar is Freedom. Our rep, Shelby, has been very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions (and there were a lot as we learned the details of solar, how we save and installation). She didn't pressure us with a "sales pitch" but provided as much data as we requested in order to make an informed decision. In addition to Shelby, everyone we've dealt with at SiF has been nothing but professional and polite. Due to the crazy weather, our install has been moved back but the SiF team has kept us in the loop the entire time.

Couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent sales presentation answered all my questions. Installation occurred on time with minimal disruption. The installation looks gr8 and has performed as promised. The system was sized appropriately so I’m getting the biggest ROI possible. I’ve had one technical issue which was addressed and resolved promptly. Warranty covers the life of the system and is transferrable. Gr8 company to work with.

Everything from the initial conversation to the company, process and product overview to the install and setup was amazing. He really worked hard to get us the right loan and system for our home. My husband and I had our solar panels put on a few months ago. We had to have them put on the front of the house because of how it faces. No one hardly notices them until we point them out. The people who put them on were very professional and friendly and did a great job. Our electric bill has dropped almost $75 a month! We love them and would recommend them to everyone for a cost saver and for helping the environment.

I researched six solar companies and finally selected Solar is Freedom due to their price, technical knowledge, and helpful approach. The project leader, Brian B, did a fantastic job from start to finish and made it all an easy process. They organized everything – getting the HOA approval, getting the City of Westerville permits and net metering, and final approvals. The installation was completed in less than 6 hours. (29 panels) Look forward to man years of energy savings. I would highly recommend Solar is Freedom.

We got our solar panels through this company a few years ago and we’ve been happy since. I would say I most appreciate the customer service. They have reached out to us to tell us when our app isn’t working even before we’ve noticed. They either come out to fix it or have walked us through it. I like that when I deal with this company I deal with someone local every time and not a big office in some other state. The product has worked as stated and the process was smooth! I like the app that shows our production and lets us know it’s working.

Would recommend!! No gimmicks like other companies do!! Jake and the whole company is great. I have referred other homeowners that also had great experiences throughout and after the installation. I am going on three years now and feel great about my decision daily!! My electric bill before the installation has seen over $600 in months. Now the highest is $200 and many months I get bills that the electric company owes me up to $100 or more

Solar is Freedom is the company that came out on the top of my own personal research list for Best Product (I wanted the LG Panels), Best Installation, and Best customer service. Adam was amazing! The company was very responsive and made everything very easy to understand. The process and value (environmental, financial, financing options, etc.) were very clear after going around the figures with Adam and the team. I found it especially useful to get a breakdown on what the system would generate, how the setup would accommodate our needs (now and with a possible expansion of need in the next couple of years due to electric vehicle charging), and what sort of ongoing monitoring capabilities we have. The process was just really easy and I couldn't recommend the team enough. Loving our panels!

After posting an earlier review, Solar is Freedom finally worked with me to have the electrician come out and finish the work, five weeks after the original installation. They also arranged for an additional backup battery to be installed at over $4,000 less than had been quoted in my original request for installation. Unfortunately, it is a second financed item and has its own payment plan. I was told that this will be a new queue item and it will be 90 days before they can complete the work. They may be able to come earlier, but no promises. Adam T. said that I had not previously validated my email, so many of my emails went to his junk folder. He promised that if I call or text him, he will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.

The workers were top-notch, always friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves well. Even during pandemic shortages, our install was only delayed by a couple of months and we are electric neutral in the months (install late October) when we get the least benefit.
